Purchased a vehicle in feb 2015. Experience was great from start to finish. Don't use for service much as married to a mechanic. Oil bay always great and quick.
Fast forward almost 3 years. Received a call couple weeks ago wanting me to trade my vehicle. Told them straight out wasn't interested. Ok cool. Then received a call from their finance dept about vehicle loan i apparently applied for. Whoa nope!! now I know sounds shady and not like a 5 star review. However, Scott the sales manager was jerkish as he should have been and immediately launched an investigation despite not believing me. By the time I got to the dealership to roll heads, he had figured out what happened. LONG story short, big human error. I felt like an ass, but turns out we were both righ. Scott ensured my personal info had NOT been used, that somehow a different customers info got put under my name on file folder only. Apologies made from both sides and correct customer info updated. As well as huge relief also a gift given for mistake. Thank you Scott and team for ensuring things were corrected. KUDOS to Scott for ensuring that things were made right.
Nickolai was absolutely phenomenal to deal with. He was a great wealth of knowledge, made us feel like he was really looking out for our best interest- not pushy at all. Easily the best salesperson interaction weāve had!
Derek found exactly what we were looking for and was so down to earth and personable!
Overall a great experience and would definitely recommend.
Iāve purchased 3 vehicles so far and have been servicing my vehicles here for about 4 years, and itās always a great experience.
The staff are super friendly, they know me and my dog by name!! They are also always super quick about solving problems when I have them or answering any silly questions I have.

Never felt pressured to buy anything, and they worked with me to get me in something that fit my budget and needs. Walked out with a 2018 Hyundai Elantra GL. Super impressed with my experience, and will be definitely work with them in the future.

As stubborn as I was to buy a new car, Matt made it very easy to accept. Easy going and builds a comfortable report. Some how the wires got crossed during financing and the GM Derek Pess jumped in and made immediate changes! Leduc is a tough market and they made sure I went home with exactly what I expected. The 2018 Ioniq Hybrid is fantastic. It has phenominal gas mileage and is well featured. If you go into any dealership knowing what you want, expect and afford, car buying can be easy.
We bought a Santa Fe Xl from Lornel just over a week ago I love the vehicle. We had some hiccups getting everything sorted out do to the new ownership. Lornel as well as Derek have made sure that everything has been dealt with and have compensated us for the hiccups. We would definitely buy another vehicle from Lornel. Also, the salesmen where great with my son Xavier as he wanted to test "drive" all the vehicles and see them. David and Matt were especially great with him. Thank you all.
When the original owners started Leduc Hyundai,the staff,service and atmosphere was awesome. With the new ownership,everything has gone down hill,service sucks,atmosphere is ātake it or leave itā and a lot of the original staff,which was phenomenal,has either quit or has been let go. I bought a 2015 sante fe from the original dealership,but I will never take it to the new owners for anything again.
I filled out one Canada drives application over a year ago. Since then I have been constantly harassed through phone calls and text messages from Leduc Hyundai. I have been assured many times I would not be contacted again yet it still happens multiple times a week. Call in to speak to Derek the manager and he didnāt hear a word I said. This place is a POS with losers running it. Harassment does not get you customers!
I bought a used 2013 Honda vehicle in September. In less than 3 months the battery started dying. I contacted them to report the issue and people there are just giving me run around. Talked to different people over the phone. They just don't care after they sold a car to a client. I will definitely not deal with them again. Won't even bother recommending this dealership to other people. Absolutely not!
I am not impressed with the service. They say they will call you back and they do not. I have had the wheel bearings fixed 3 times on the same wheel in under 3 years since I bought it and now after only another year I need a fourth. The trailer electrical wiring they installed caught on fire and they say they are not liable because it is over the year. When I asked for the parts so I can directly contact the manufacturer I get the runaround.
Derek Pess is a shitty GM. First I had to fight to put subject to insurance on the bill of sale, when I called to pull out of the deal because I didnāt like the insurance, I was told by Justin the finance manager that he would call me back. A little bit later the āLovelyā Derek Pess called me and said that I was approved by one bank, he said that he was going to try and get my payments lower so I could afford the insurance. He said to give him a bit, after a couple days I got a phone call by someone else who I never dealt with saying I was never approved in the first place and I need a co-signer. Pissed off because of being lied to and run around, my boyfriends mother called him and he proceeded to blame me for everything, and said I gave him false information then called me a fraud. Iām 18, I work 2 jobs and now I take joy in frauding Dealerships. Derek Pess is absolutely despicable. If he would have said pre-approval I would be fine, I understand how banks work, but when you sit here and accuse me of being the one at fault, then you can go fuck yourself. Derek, if youāre reading this please do reply. Rather than dealing with this on the phone I would much rather meet in person, that way you canāt throw insults and hide behind a telephone. He is extremely insolent, and childish. Donāt bother buying vehicles from here anyways, they rust after two years of purchase and warranty doesnāt cover it even after you pay a $2,500 extended warranty, they deny everything. So fuck Leduc Hyundai, go to Sherwood dodge, where they donāt fuck you around and give you awesome customer service. I am extremely grateful for Sherwood Dodge for getting me out and about.

First I had to fight to put subject to insurance on the bill of sale, when I called to pull out of the deal because I didnāt like the insurance, I was told by Justin the finance manager that he would call me back. A little bit later the āLovelyā Derek Pess called me and said that I was approved by one bank, he said that he was going to try and get my payments lower so I could afford the insurance. He said to give him a bit, after a couple days I got a phone call by someone else who I never dealt with saying I was never approved in the first place and I need a co-signer. Pissed off because of being lied to and run around, my boyfriends mother called him and he proceeded to blame me for everything, and said I gave him false information then called me a fraud. Iām 18, I work 2 jobs and now I take joy in frauding Dealerships. Derek Pess is absolutely despicable. If he would have said pre-approval I would be fine, I understand how banks work, but when you sit here and accuse me of being the one at fault, then you can go fuck yourself. However, Scott the sales manager was jerkish as he should have been and immediately launched an investigation despite not believing me. By the time I got to the dealership to roll heads, he had figured out what happened. LONG story short, big human error. I felt like an ass, but turns out we were both righ. Scott ensured my personal info had NOT been used, that somehow a different customers info got put under my name on file folder only. Apologies made from both sides and correct customer info updated. As well as huge relief also a gift given for mistake. Thank you Scott and team for ensuring things were corrected. KUDOS to Scott for ensuring that things were made right.

Pissed off because of being lied to and run around, my boyfriends mother called him and he proceeded to blame me for everything, and said I gave him false information then called me a fraud. If he would have said pre-approval I would be fine, I understand how banks work, but when you sit here and accuse me of being the one at fault, then you can go fuck yourself. Derek, if youāre reading this please do reply. Rather than dealing with this on the phone I would much rather meet in person, that way you canāt throw insults and hide behind a telephone. He is extremely insolent, and childish. Donāt bother buying vehicles from here anyways, they rust after two years of purchase and warranty doesnāt cover it even after you pay a $2,500 extended warranty, they deny everything. So fuck Leduc Hyundai, go to Sherwood dodge, where they donāt fuck you around and give you awesome customer service. I am extremely grateful for Sherwood Dodge for getting me out and about.
