well I have to say, that im totally shocked.



Took my 2011 3500 crew diesel to the legacy dealership into fort mcmurray..... I know... why on God's earth would I do that....



For some reason, I did. I had an electrical problem with modules going off and on line all the time, everything pointed to a wiring issue. But as us ram 4th gen owners know, everything is controlled on the communication bus.



Turns out after many tows to the shop, it was a fault with a corroded wire on the can bus line that brought down the truck.



Ken is a new manager in the service dept for the past 5 months.



He and his crew had shocked me with the service and above great attitude.



I understood that my truck was last on the list of vehicles to be looked at, and just left it there and let them do their job.



On Monday, I got a call that truck was fixed. Tonight, I got my truck back. With a bill I did not expect. Im keeping that info to myself, but lets just say, it opened my eyes and restored my faith in how customers should be treated.



Ken, I take off my hat to you and your crew on a excellent job well done.



You are going to turn this dealership around in a very possitive way.



Keep up the great service and more happy customers will be coming for local service again.

So. I'm one of those people that have avoided this place for a very long time because of customer service rumors...



I just had my vehicle detailed, they got it in on a Friday afternoon, picked it up from my house and dropped it back off to me. I have a large dog with an excessive amount of pet hair everywhere. It ended up taking a lot longer to clean than anticipated. They didn't charge me any extra and I know someone had to stay very late last night because they arranged to drop the keys in a secure location at my home so as not to keep me up. I was in bed at 11pm and woke up this morning to a truck as good as new.



Whatever the customer service has been in the past, if last night is any indication I believe it's taken a turn for the better. Thanks guys!

Sandy is the man !!! Sung happy birthday for me on the phone that was pretty amazing that made my day hope everyone gets the same kind of service i got. Awesome customer service, easy, fast and efficient. Continuous updates all day on what was getting done and when it was getting done. *5 STAR*

It was an absolute pleasure to deal with the fine guys and gals at Legacy Dodge for our recent business purchase of 2 new power wagons. Absolutely painless process. I have been dealing with Legacy for quite a few years, both professionally and personally and have always found them to he a great group of people. Thanks guys!!

You guys are terrible. Had a water pump go on our truck about a week after the warranty expired and were told there was no way it was covered. After spending $800 elsewhere to have it replaced found out from Dodge Canada that it would have been covered no problem!

Worst dealership I've ever dealt with, sky high labour rates for shitty work done by 20 yr olds. Try to get them to fix warranty work or problems that arise from their work is impossible! Do not go to them for work, would never recommend them to any of my friends or my enemies

This is what happens after you go to Legacy dodge you go straight to ford and get a really truck. After bringing my truck there and trying to bill me over 400$ on a truck that they didn’t fix. The truck is not a year old yet and has less then 20000km. I won’t be back

Service is terrible. Trucks been there two times in the past week so far, and they tried charging me $250 bucks to retorque a lift kit they installed themselves which is on them, and after explaining my camera cuts out, they gave me a $40 dollar towel cleaning of the camera lens. They still can't seem to find out why my truck is shaking, nor can they make a simple phone call to myself, it's always me calling them asking what the hell. On top of that, it's now been 4 days I've waited to here back from them on why they have restricted my warranty on a brand new truck I bought there. Hate taking my truck here. Just don't

Service here sucks waiting for 4 hours just for a tire balace even though i have a appointment still im waiting am not gonna go here ever again to do any service and repairs or even buy a vehicle and tell my friends and people i know about this of very very very bad experience for your info this will be the third time this is happening. LEGACY DODGE FORT MCMURRAY YOUR SERVICE SUCKS!!!!!!!!

Service hasn't changed booked an appointment 3 days ago for an 8 am appt basically an oil change - just called only in the shop now it's 3:49 wth�. Kudos to Tarrabain Motors LLB - they know what service is!

Pretty horrible when you bring your truck in at 8 a.m and you can't even get it in the shop the whole day. Most useless service in Alberta this is exactly why I won't buy a vehicle from there!!!

Prepare to be ripped off and treated like an open wallet! Smooth running truck when I took it in. Had a little bearing noise so I took it in for new bearings all around. 2700 bucks later it shakes like crazy on the left front. They say I need to replace the inner and outer cv joints on the right to fix it. 1800 bucks they want for this. Scammers. The repair bill states that it was road tested after it was fixed. They obviously didn't take it up to 80 km/hr or they would have noticed it before I picked it up.



Update. Had a reputable repair shop put new front axles in on both sides. Still the same shake that wasn't there before Legacy touched it.

Needed a door lever rod being I cannot open the drivers door. Waited a week for a 4$ part. Go to pick it up, wrong part order. I am a mechanic and ordered this dealer only part by the name Dodge uses for the door lever rod. Needless to say caused grief as I was looking at a new truck but can not sell this one if the door won't open. The local GM dealer is now my choice, as this is not the first time Legacy drops the ball. Legacy stop paying people to stand around, do nothing, screw over customers and basically come up with every excess that it is not their fault buy the customer some how. Baaaah, can't believe that I have recommended my friend for this place, now I must do some apologizing as many have bought from this hack shop. No more recommendation from me.

If there was a 0 star that's what I would be giving them. I called at 1130 am to tell them that I was picking up my winter tires for 4 and when I got there at 4 they didn't have them ready and I had to wait over an hour to get them! Bullshit service.

Get this! I had the (ECVIC) touch screen frozen in my Jeep Wrangler 2012 et took it to the dealer along for other reasons. They've done the rest of the work fine for reported the radio no defect. I booked an other check up set out a week later since I had to rush somewhere that day. Could not show it till. Some other work had been done again on that sec visit and was told the part would be in in 5 days. Sure enough, I forgot the look at the work order. Nothing mentioned about part being ordered. Unfortunately I realized it when I came back from vacation 3 weeks later. Made a call, guy could not even find my file. He said "call u back in 10" ya right. 2 hours later I called back a and finally Spock to someone who really ordered the part. He said "you'll get a call as soon as the part is in". 3-5 days. 7 days later figured I most been forgotten, AGAIN! The part was in but nobody bothered calling. Few days later, got it installed finally but guess what?! Went to pick up the jeep and found out they broke the dash panel clips and scratch it with a screw driver� come on!! Now they will change it but still did not return my call for parts arrival. Have enough ï¿½ï¿½ï¿½ï¿½ï¿½ï¿½ï¿½ï¿½ï¿½ï¿½ï¿½ï¿½ï¿½ï¿ ½ï¿½ï¿½ï¿½ï¿½ï¿½ï¿½ï¿½ï¿½ï¿½ï¿½ï¿½booh

Had a little bearing noise so I took it in for new bearings all around. 2700 bucks later it shakes like crazy on the left front. They say I need to replace the inner and outer cv joints on the right to fix it. 1800 bucks they want for this. Scammers. The repair bill states that it was road tested after it was fixed. They obviously didn't take it up to 80 km/hr or they would have noticed it before I picked it up.



Update. Had a reputable repair shop put new front axles in on both sides. Still the same shake that wasn't there before Legacy touched it.

Needed a door lever rod being I cannot open the drivers door. Waited a week for a 4$ part. Go to pick it up, wrong part order. I am a mechanic and ordered this dealer only part by the name Dodge uses for the door lever rod. Needless to say caused grief as I was looking at a new truck but can not sell this one if the door won't open. The local GM dealer is now my choice, as this is not the first time Legacy drops the ball. Legacy stop paying people to stand around, do nothing, screw over customers and basically come up with every excess that it is not their fault buy the customer some how. Baaaah, can't believe that I have recommended my friend for this place, now I must do some apologizing as many have bought from this hack shop. No more recommendation from me.

If there was a 0 star that's what I would be giving them. I called at 1130 am to tell them that I was picking up my winter tires for 4 and when I got there at 4 they didn't have them ready and I had to wait over an hour to get them! Bullshit service.

Get this! I had the (ECVIC) touch screen frozen in my Jeep Wrangler 2012 et took it to the dealer along for other reasons. They've done the rest of the work fine for reported the radio no defect. I booked an other check up set out a week later since I had to rush somewhere that day. Could not show it till. Some other work had been done again on that sec visit and was told the part would be in in 5 days. Sure enough, I forgot the look at the work order. Nothing mentioned about part being ordered. Unfortunately I realized it when I came back from vacation 3 weeks later. Made a call, guy could not even find my file. He said "call u back in 10" ya right. 2 hours later I called back a and finally Spock to someone who really ordered the part. He said "you'll get a call as soon as the part is in". 3-5 days. 7 days later figured I most been forgotten, AGAIN! The part was in but nobody bothered calling. Few days later, got it installed finally but guess what?! Went to pick up the jeep and found out they broke the dash panel clips and scratch it with a screw driver� come on!! well I have to say, that im totally shocked.



Took my 2011 3500 crew diesel to the legacy dealership into fort mcmurray..... I know... why on God's earth would I do that....



For some reason, I did. I had an electrical problem with modules going off and on line all the time, everything pointed to a wiring issue. But as us ram 4th gen owners know, everything is controlled on the communication bus.



Turns out after many tows to the shop, it was a fault with a corroded wire on the can bus line that brought down the truck.



Ken is a new manager in the service dept for the past 5 months.



He and his crew had shocked me with the service and above great attitude.



I understood that my truck was last on the list of vehicles to be looked at, and just left it there and let them do their job.



On Monday, I got a call that truck was fixed. Tonight, I got my truck back. With a bill I did not expect. Im keeping that info to myself, but lets just say, it opened my eyes and restored my faith in how customers should be treated.



Ken, I take off my hat to you and your crew on a excellent job well done.



You are going to turn this dealership around in a very possitive way.



Keep up the great service and more happy customers will be coming for local service again.

Took my truck for service, I dropped my truck off a day early and it went in the shop that day, they called and said it needed a couple more things than expected and I still got it back the day after. More than happy with the service!

So. I'm one of those people that have avoided this place for a very long time because of customer service rumors...



I just had my vehicle detailed, they got it in on a Friday afternoon, picked it up from my house and dropped it back off to me. I have a large dog with an excessive amount of pet hair everywhere. It ended up taking a lot longer to clean than anticipated. They didn't charge me any extra and I know someone had to stay very late last night because they arranged to drop the keys in a secure location at my home so as not to keep me up. I was in bed at 11pm and woke up this morning to a truck as good as new.



Whatever the customer service has been in the past, if last night is any indication I believe it's taken a turn for the better. Thanks guys!

You guys are terrible. Had a water pump go on our truck about a week after the warranty expired and were told there was no way it was covered. After spending $800 elsewhere to have it replaced found out from Dodge Canada that it would have been covered no problem!

Worst dealership I've ever dealt with, sky high labour rates for shitty work done by 20 yr olds. Try to get them to fix warranty work or problems that arise from their work is impossible! Do not go to them for work, would never recommend them to any of my friends or my enemies

This is what happens after you go to Legacy dodge you go straight to ford and get a really truck. After bringing my truck there and trying to bill me over 400$ on a truck that they didn’t fix. The truck is not a year old yet and has less then 20000km. I won’t be back

Service is terrible. Trucks been there two times in the past week so far, and they tried charging me $250 bucks to retorque a lift kit they installed themselves which is on them, and after explaining my camera cuts out, they gave me a $40 dollar towel cleaning of the camera lens. They still can't seem to find out why my truck is shaking, nor can they make a simple phone call to myself, it's always me calling them asking what the hell. On top of that, it's now been 4 days I've waited to here back from them on why they have restricted my warranty on a brand new truck I bought there. Hate taking my truck here. Just don't

Service hasn't changed booked an appointment 3 days ago for an 8 am appt basically an oil change - just called only in the shop now it's 3:49 wth�. Kudos to Tarrabain Motors LLB - they know what service is!

Pretty horrible when you bring your truck in at 8 a.m and you can't even get it in the shop the whole day. Most useless service in Alberta this is exactly why I won't buy a vehicle from there!!!
