So these 2 photos are exactly 4 years a part. 😳 Left was summer 2013 when I was on a very unhealthy, extreme competition prep diet and doing ridiculous amounts of cardio which ended up leading me to a suppressed immune system and landing me in the hospital. Right was taken last weekend.
