I have been going to Billys for years. Always great servers and bouncers. They are friendly and give great service. I only go to places that have great staff and that is why i always go to Billys. I read the negative reviews and have to say that in all my years going there i have never seen any of those things happen. I find if you treat the staff good and dont cause problems the staff will treat you good as well.

I waited 6 hours in the cold to meet the owner Billy Bob but he didn't show. Still the staff were good. 4 stars.

It's not as good as it used to be . 55 yrs old and IDed every time I go there.

You claim to be a country bar but I have head more other music . Maybe send the other to the other bars

Charging for tap water is inappropriate in a bar. I can see how liquor sales increase because people are thirsty from dancing. It is bad form to not provide water that is free and clients need it for the health of their body. Music was good and Ashley, my Bartender, was friendly.

What a peace of shit bar got kicked out for being in the wrong place at the wrong time. And no way to explain my self.

We all got kicked out because my god dam friend cleaned up someones puke in the bathroom and he got kicked out, my boyfriend went to go stick up for him to try to get him back in and wouldnt let him back in and TOOK all of his $80 , this is the most shittiest bar ive ever been to , thanks alot great manager

But then I waited in line to get drinks for 10mins, as the FEMALE bartender kept taking guys orders BEFORE mine.

Guys who lined up AFTER ME!

Then I wave my hand, She turns and says 'that doesn't work.' I told her I was there FIRST, she then proceeded to say 'we have better customers!'

They all bought 1...1 beer!!

They took my friends phone and instead of explainly why they just told her to fuck off. When I went up to get her phone they made a girl cry for being disrespectful towards her for not knowing the no phone policy like us. When I was first in line he said "what the fuck do you want" so as I walked out with her phone I told the other security guard "excuse me I really recommend you get some workers that have a little more pacients and respect, not trying to be rude but that guy back there made a girl cry by telling her to fuck off" I got escorted out after extremely unprofessional

And vulgar comments were made towards me because of stating my out my opinion! I will never go back to this unprofessional shit whole again! I was polite until their workers were impolite with me! Not even worth a 5 minute drive! Will never go back! I will post this everywhere I can because this was wrong on so many levels!

The bouncers were very aggressive and pulled one girl from our party out with a lot of unnecessary force causing her pain and distress just from dancing in the wrong area. There was no warning and it was three on one small girl. Nolan was especially aggressive and wouldn’t let us gather our team members after we went to support our freaked out girl. We were all paying to stay at the Sheraton and paying to do a two day conference - the young and dramatic security staff and billy bobs definitely put a sour taste in our mouths. Probably won’t select the Sheraton as our location next year.

Must say billy bobs you guys really have some winners as bouncers. Like seriously what a joke, you guys send more people to the hospital because of your bouncers, then anything. what a joke. You guys need some better people in control other then people just looking to go hurt people, bouncers are supposed to control and protect people not go knocking them out, Or sucker punching people. I'm not one to start fights or anything but what a joke your bouncers are. Real nice.

Cant even go have a few drinks and some dancing anymore unless you want to be bashed crashed and run over. What ever happened to the respect of our young people now a days . Good service by a select few of the waitresses .

Got kicked out tonight for taking a pee. Claim was that I was puking in the washroom. I was treated like a piece of shit, being a visitor to both this establishment and the Sheraton Hotel has earned both a never return to either from me. Why was I accosted by 2 male bouncers in the women's washroom? I DID NOT puke but was treated like some type of low life. What a dive bar!!!!

Edit on Sept. 28, 2015 - This place has become plagued by Liberal/Socialist teens. Zero respect for anyone but themselves.



Let me to you all about Billy Bobs. Just like every other bar in Red Deer, the managers have chosen bottom of the barrel, less than reputable individuals to run security. These people want to pick fights and think they have the legal precedent to bust some skulls. Be aware that, by stepping through the front door, you could be putting yourself amongst some loose cannons ready to explode at any moment. These "bouncers" make a situation thats on the verge of becoming out of control, into a situation that IS out of control.
