Super job and great price. They installed new furnace and hot water tank, carted away the old ones and cleaned up. Inspection and financing all went well. Even got the ducts vacuumed. Thanks guys!

;tldr : they don't warranty any of their work after five months and will charge you $150 to fix something they did.

LPH came out to fix our furnace before we moved in in July and the work looked fine. We assumed they had done a good job as everyone has good recommendations online and we were satisfied. However; six months later, come December the furnace stops working. We found out the the part they had replaced and installed had short circuited. I called expecting help on it since it was now our December cold snap only to find out that I will have to pay all the costs, including overtime (I called at 3:00 in the afternoon) or I could wait until 5:00 when they "should have someone on the clock." They tell me their work is not warrantied after five months so I have to pay all labour but they might warrenty the part, if it's the same part (which it obviously was because I had all the documentation proving it). So finally a tech comes to the house the next day, we would have been freezing had my boyfriend not been good at these things and managed to make it work for the night cause we can't afford to pay labour on the already high labour charges. He comes out and sure enough it was the part they installed and were paid for. So he "fixes" the problem, hypothetically since the short was already dealt with, and doesn't even give us a new part. Then they charge us $150 for labour!! For fifteen minutes of his time for something they caused! I would never ever recommend this company if they can't even back up the work they do! What business model is that?!
