we stayed in guest apartment..its a 5 star for the price and service!!

My boyfriend and I just moved here a couple weeks ago and do we ever love it here! Management has been nothing but awesome, and has gone above and beyond to accommodate us and our tenant needs! The building is super quiet, and for the most part, kept very clean (it being a large apartment building). I am very impressed with the way this place is managed, and more than happy to call this place our home!

Love working at this awesome building. We will keep trying to do our best for all tenants

Just want to thank the "New Management" for their hard work and dedication they have shown, especially the significant changes made over the last few weeks. Keep up the good work!

I thought it would be hard to transition from a house and yard to an apartment. The manager was so understanding of my situation and she treated me like family instead of a tennant💛I also love the pet side, and the variety of dogs. The apartments are spacious, bright and clean. They have daily cleaning of hallways , windows, garbage and parking .

I moved here in September and I really enjoy it here. It's a nice clean quiet complex with all the amenities you could ask for, I'd definitely refer this place If need be.

Been here since September and it's been great. Good neighbors and managers have been super helpful!

It is a very nice, clean place to live. The times we have asked management for something they have helped us. I understand that there might have been issues before, there almost always is in new situations but as of now, the garbage seems to be under control and the grounds look good. I took some cardboard out to the recycle bin yesterday and it was full of plastic wrap. I have seen garbage thrown over the fence intead of placed in bins. If we want a nice clean place to live we all need to chip in. Just sayin'

This place is very poorly run and looked after. The new manager who recently took over has no organization or people skills whatsoever. It was the previous manager and her friendly and caring attitude that attracted us to this building in the first place. The building may be newer but it not cared for the elevators and hallways are constantly dirty and I can't even tell you the last time I seen the grass cut. My advice is stay away from this place. Management is unable to even keep track of something as important of who payed their rent on time and seems to be quite good at losing rent cheques then trying to evict tenants due to their own screw ups.
