CrossFit Machine Shop is proud to present Edmonton's Ultimate 3 Day CrossFit WOD-off on October 3rd, 4th and 5th. The 3 day, 5 WOD guaranteed event will go down at the Dow Centennial Centre in Fort Saskatchewan.
Early bird registration will open on June 7 /2014.
