Bought my winter tires here the other day. Good service and they called me as soon as my truck was ready.

Had a blowout on the trailer...called over and they were all over it! Great service

Got a tire swap in Dec and I got them to put some used ones I had on. They were busy, but got it done. It was $50 more than what Canadian tire in Hinton quoted me for 4 change overs. I was in GP at the time so I went for it despite the price difference. I left satisfied.

In April I had a tpms light come on. Swung into a Dodge dealer to get that looked at. They scanned it, and sure enough a sending unit was buggered. Didn't think much of it, and would get it looked at someday.

Today is that someday. Getting 4 new tires put on, and the tire shop I'm at said both my rear sending units are buggered as a result of excessive moisture in the tires. Guess majestic couldn't be bothered to ensure my tires were dry before installing them.

I never needed to top up the pressures in the tires so the water in the air compressor possibility is eliminated. So now I'm out $175 for 2 new tire pressure sending units.

After months of searching for a solution to a difficult situation, I found someone here who went above and beyond to help me out.

Mitsubishi couldn't fix my tire after 3 attempts but these guys got it done right and quickly. Trust tire experts, not dealerships.

Purchased my summer tires here and had a good experience--fast, close to work, available shuttle and fast retorques.

Earlier this month I had them mount my winter tires and install them on my SUV. This cost $160.

My first issue was when I first got in and found my wheel dust covers in a pile in my passenger foot well. No big deal, it only took me a few minutes to figure out the correct way to re-install them.

That weekend I took a trip to Edmonton and heard some odd noise on the highway, but thought it was just the wet surface.

The next week I went to the dealer for an oil change and was advised that my back two tires were installed backwards (my winters are directional). I was leaving for Edmonton the next day and didn't have time to go back to Majestic to have it fixed, so I paid the dealer $25 to swap them.

When I visited Majestic to bring the issue to their attention I was refunded the $25 (which I appreciated), but received no apology or remorse for the error--only a comment that I should have brought it back to them to fix because the dealer charged $10 more than they would have.

I will be taking my business elsewhere in the future.
