Dare to Conquer!
The word “Can’t” does not exist in Lindsay’s vocabulary. One of the most coachable and hardest working athletes we have at Man-Made, this Dare to Conquer award is well overdue. Lindsay continues to not only challenge herself, but also allows us coaches to challenge her with ever-increasing feats of performance. Anything and everything we can throw at her, she crushes or dies trying! Anyone lucky enough to train with Lindsay knows that she brings the level of intensity in our community to a new level. Keep up the hard work and keep pushing yourself to do things that amaze us!

I've popped in for a wod when we're in the south end of Edmonton.. Always a great workout with great coaching!!!

I found this box when I googled for the nearest box at my location. The internet site has a good overview and you could book easily a walk- in class and pay digital.



The visit at the box was positive. All the material/ gear you need and not too big. Nice people, clear and good instructions before and during the 1 hour class. So overall.... very positive!

Great coaching, supportive yet still competitive environment. Loved the facility. I started my Crossfit journey in Man-Made and loved everything about being there. If you're on the fence just go....You won't be disappointed.
