Came in tonight looking for a few items, ask the ladies at the front desk where they were they just pointed at the seccion bearly help me. came back and ask them again for another item I was looking for same thing they pointed where they tought it was and kept taking and ignoring me. Really bad customer service.

I like Marks for my work clothing and everyday comfy clothing. Jeans for all shapes of women.

Lots of stock on hand. Found exactly what I was looking for.

Spent close to $2000 and couldn't even give any discount went to the South side bought $400 worth of stuff 10 percent off she gives with out us even asking

Didn't know they sold Silver Jeans. I'll be coming back for them :)

Staff was friendly, got some good deals too.

Boot department was a mess and no one working in it. I wouldn't give it a whole star

Marks North store could have better customer service. The young man that works there is certainly not trained to be humble when it come to customer service on his part. A training program should also be in his future. Also a training program to help a customer get a product that is (size) not in the store any more. I found out that I could order the size I needed and it certainly wasn't from the stores in Red Deer, or surrounding areas. I will continue to shop in the Mark's but I now have more knowledge about what I can do as a customer.

Friendly service, good selection

This is 2 months now that I have gone to this place and they still don't have any long john's (hely Hanson's ) that fit. Did they not look outside it is winter. Stock your shelves. They suck for keeping up there stock.
