Great place to waste your busy morning waiting in line at the drive thru. This McDonald's seems to be ahead of the curve on food waste as they even give you the shell in your morning mcmuffin. It's neat guessing how many cream and sugar they will put In the coffee you order. The only complaint t I could possibly have for this location is that unlike other McDonald's this location the smiles are not free.😟

To start I should say that I worked here for 6 months and can say that this company does not treat there workers well! Plus the managers take advantage of there workers and guilt trip them and makes the work environment intolerable . For good McDonald's services go to yankee valley or Calgary, it may be farther but worth it. The best time to go if you need to go to this one is 8pm or later.

When applying for jobs I urge you to skip Edmonton trail McDonald's

Worst customer service ever. Almost every morning I go for coffee and almost every morning the same grumpy old lady serves me. She is not polite has horrible customer service skills. And no smiles EVER!!! but this particular morning at 10am she wouldn't even let me finish my order. Cut me off before I could finish. Rang my order in wrong and again no smile, no greet, no have a good day. Just a go away attitude. It makes me not wanna go there anymore.

Average experience. In a rushed time like this, expect a bit of a mess. Wasn't horrible, but, it could've definitely been managed a little better on the tables - at least just in my own opinion. It wasn't a huge mess, just a tiny few crumbs from the last patrons. No biggie.

The staff is mostly nice and friendly, but they only get orders right 70% of the time. They don't entirely understand that cheese is dairy. They also like putting milk in black coffees. Don't leave the parking lot until you checked your order.

Speedy. Friendly. Computer ordering...i'm loving it. ;)

It's worth the drive to Yankee Valley. I'm not going back to this location because they keep neglecting to put everything I ordered into my bag.

Caveat Emptor: Decent enough food and service - but if you go through the drive though check that they've actually given you everything you paid for!

The last two times through the drive through we've ordered two meals, only got one french fries.

Reading through other reviews, it seems pretty common for them to short change their customers?!?

Won't be back to this McDonald's; never had this problem with the Yankee Valley restaurant.

Some worker said no u to me. Then I said no u back. But then out of nowhere some one else said no u. Then I did a hoooooooooooooooooooooooooo. Then hunner came out of the play place and he did a hoooooooooooooo. Then I sat down and ate a burger but it had a fingernail in it
