Mcdonald'S

They let people who make massive orders stay in line instead of getting them to move out of the way and wait for their order while others come through. Most other places do this. Not really their fault they get some ass order a dozen items at one time from the drive through though.

Had a couple good visits then now multiple dirty tables printers not working on self serve and apparently they cannot just change out the syrup packs for the drink machines like most restaurants when they run out. Was told they have to wait till later tonight.

Super disappointed in the lady who took my order at the till. There may have been a language barrier but I felt I was very clear on what I was ordering.
I asked for a sausage and egg McMuffin meal, a big breakfast with sausage , with 2 hash browns instead of one and an apple juice.
I paid for my order but I thought it was expensive. Only to find out that she charged me for extra sausage and 2 extra hash browns. Clearly not what I wanted.
I spoke to a manager she talked to the front till lady and the front till lady called me up and said " you said extra sausage and you need to be more clear in what your ordering" .
This was upsetting because I know what I ordered and she could have fixed it and corrected my bill but instead put all the owness on me.
I know mistakes happen and I will take fault if it is my fault but this was just not right.

Person taking our order had very bad English, had to repeat ourselves way to many time. Got to the window and not only was completely wrong they were out of some of the items we ordered. Like McDonald's but won't go back to this location ever again!

So slow and very disorganized it wasn’t even a major rush time like breakfast,lunch and dinner and they charge 70 cents for mc chicken sauce don’t go here

Shittiest McDonald's I've ever had in my life don't waste your money!!

This place is good because of the playplace. I can have a coffee while my child burns off some steam. There is no place to stand waiting for food during rush times.

Better than Tims for coffee. This location can be slow on drive thru at night.

Typical McDonald's. The nice thing about a McDonald's is that you always know you are going to get the same type of food (with local variations) no matter where you go. Good, consistent and fast.

Never hand worse service I'm my life. No napkins no ketchup

Quick food.... cold fries order messed up 3 times..... would recommend location by the mall

We had a fantastic experience today. Jesse was on his customer service game, being attentive to our needs as well as dealing with difficult customers. Well done Jesse!
