low end products at high prices. sales persons lack knowledge/training.

Yes they do know their stuff, however, I find that they take advantage of the older people. If you buy a walker, wheelchair & bedrail, all from them, plus the fact that they go to the lodges, they charge $20 to install bedrail??? I think that's unfair to the elderly. We have to realize this company makes good money off of one person, then turns around and adds a installation fee. Furthermore, the bedrail usually needs readjusting, which the staff end up doing at the lodge.
Was considering on purchasing a lift chair for $1200 plus, but something simple as a $20 charge can make you want to look elsewhere.
All these "aids" for the elderly are so costly and this company has got it made because there is a need and demand for them, so they can charge as they please.
We need to shop around more people. They charge for the convenience.
