I had a terrible experience with a senior stylist, Teona. She completely ruined my hair. I went in asking for blonde/light brown touch up on my roots and came out with black, grey, and blue hair with many pieces broken off in weird places due to damage. My hair is so dry and it is so uneven and a complete disaster. I was there for 5.5 hrs instead of 3 hrs and didn't even get it cut or styled. My hair is extremely long and it was very traumatic to have it ruined like this after growing it out for years and years.

Don't get fooled with $10 Off deal, they will make you pay the full price anyways, once you are done your services. For my 7 year old daughter the stylist took about 1 hour to cut her hair (No Shampoo, No Blow dry or not even Style) and they charge me $10 extra saying my daughters hair is very thick and that's why is taking so long for stylist and the extra charge of $10 is for her time.Why I would be paying for the inexperienced or inefficient staff?

Can you tell Nikki that I love the cut and highlights. The length and the blending (differing lengths on the side as well as the back are great. Even my husband said he liked my hair this time around, as well as some people at work.

This place is the best! Genuine, down to earth staff, excellent stylists. Fantastic products available for sale way beyond hair care. Very good prices. I actually look forward to getting my hair cut now!

it took me days to decide which salon to go for my hair. i read through the reviews online and found that this is a highly rated, highly recommended salon. so i'm here to contribute to that rating and recommend morgan for keeping me calm and for the other staff for assuring me that the complete change will look great. (it does! ❤) thank you for being very patient, and your expertise is very highly recommended. you really know what you're doing and you know how to get that message through your clients.
