I took the beginnings sewing class to learn how to use my machine. Pat was an incredible instructor with lots of knowledge and taught exactly how I like, step by step, showing how to do something then having us do it a few times outselves. You can tell she has a passion for sewing and teaching others the ins and outs.



My only complaint has nothing to do with the course or instructor. The lack of a clear supply list. In the course outline and all correspondence after it said only to bring our machines. All of us who arrived were surprised to hear we were supposed to bring pins, measuring tapes, scissors and thread. Apparently Metro recently changed how they send confirmation and forgot to move the supply list over. I used nail clippers to cut, Pat found 2 pairs of scissors for the 8 of us, Oat provided thread and one person brought their whole sewing kit which had enough pins for everyone to have 10. Pat made it work even with the error by admin, which is why I am staying with a 5 star review.

I have really enjoyed the night courses I have taken here. The teachers are so great and really want you to succeed. It has been an amazing opportunity to improve my high school education and expand my career opportunities. Thank you�

As an instructor with Metro, I've always had a great experience with their communication skills and professionalism in dealing with everything from classrooms, equipment, payment, programs, e-mail communication and ANYTHING ELSE one might overlook... My students have always seemed to be very happy with their affordable courses and they always attend to the end of their sessions. I would highly recommend taking courses (not just mine!) through Metro, as they did do a thorough interview process before accepting me as an instructor as well.

Very disappointed in your communication and whoever does your emails I suggest you find someone new for that so that you don't lose out on business like you just did I wanted to further my self so my son and I could have a better life but you are of absolutely no help to me at all which is pretty sad if you think about it I'll be takin my business to some other school that will actually help me
