You have to see it Wow

Stopped in today and bought a Jet Set zipper top handbag. Originally thought I'd like navy, BUT the wonderful sales associate showed me a new color...sapphire. WOW!! A beautiful color, and VERY friendly, helpful sales associate!! Will shop there again!!!

Worst customer service at this location. Rude staff, right down to the manager working that day. Need to train your staff in company policies and if you are going to lie to your customers then maybe get your stories straight.

My wife wanted to look at buying a new handbag and wanted to go into Michael Kors.. I gave her free reign to buy anything she wanted.. We ended up leaving after we heard the associated go "I am going to walk this way" and another repeat " you're so snoody.. Haha".



I do commissioned sales myself and I am very successful doing so.. Way to break the first rule of sales.

I haven't had such a hard time buying anything before in my life. The worst customer service. If I wasn't buying this for a gift I would not buy mk again. The last bag they had was on their display window. The sales lady gave me this bs that they couldn't take it down because they had just styled their store this morning. Which makes no sense at all. If you don't even have the bag in stock why would you display it outside. They ladies here do not smile or even greet you when you go in. They totally ignore you. West Ed location is even worse for customer service. You are buying a few hundred dollar bag, the least you can get is good service.
