Always good results and great service.

In my experience with midas the warranty is extremely bogus and the owner lacks ethics.

So I am from out of town and I had a broken brake line , the very friendly fellow les went out of his way to squeeze me in ... I will definitely be using their services again in the future !!! Thank you Midas guys .

They did an in province inspection and did all the work once we gave them the go ahead. They did it all in one day and they didn't gouge us with any stupid little things.

ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS
I brought my truck in for a new muffler, they had to weld one on and I picked up my truck the same day. Right away I could tell something was wrong. It was making awful noises and also my truck had started squeaking pretty loud. I took it back a week later. When I took it back, they called my about an hour after I dropped it off and told me I needed a new muffler and that I needed diff oil. THIS WAS THE EXACT SAME THING I HAD IT IN FOR A WEEK PRIOR. They hadn`t even brought it into the shop yet, and were calling me with the previous work order. Later that day, they called and told me they had to fix the muffler they just put in and that the squeaking was my ball joints and tie rods, that all needed replacing to the tune of $2500..... long story short, I said hell no and took it to my regular mechanic.... who came in a whopping $1000 less!!!. so EFF YOU MIDAS.

I went there cause my car didn't crank in well. They did all the diagnosis, and charged me around 250. The guy said everything is good! and it's safe to drive! and finally 2 days ago, my car didn't start well as same as before, and engine light turned on, TCS kept turning off. I drove straight to my dealership, and they said evap canister needs to be replaced.

So, I went back to here, asked a way to get some money back, not all the money back. Then a guy asked me back why did I went to my dealership, but not midas, and he refused to give my money back at all because I didn't back to midas but went to my dealership to fix my car. I think they need highfive on their face with that golden hand on their ads.
Thanks midas! It was a nightmare especially TCS doesn't work at rainy day in this muddy town. I really appreciate that. what a great place to go :)

1/4 times I had a positive experience, nothing positive to say here so I won't say anything negative.
Support a local mechanic business there are enough quality local owned businesses that will do much better work for the same price and provide much better customer service, support, and warranty.

If something is on special like brakes or oil changes sure but just remember they are using the cheapest parts on the market (and probably charging you oem price) and it can cost you more in the long run or they can install it wrong like what happend to me twice.
Installed an alternator in low idle mode (diode wires) was the last straw.

Won't be returning

Got my brakes done here. Customer service was good and price was about 20% less than dealership wanted. Got it in quick too.

I would say they do well. I brought my car I bought to be inspected, and later worked on. They gave me a warning before they begin work, I tell them the go ahead, and after I had my car back I was happy with them. Sure it costs a bit to get a tie-rod and brakes done. Now I know brakes are pretty cheap usually, so if I was advised any cost over what I paid for the car, I'd know something's not very realistic there. I say that everything was fair for me. I shouldn't have had a coffee before I went to look at what was going on. Of course there shouldn't be any play.. I get mechanically incompetent having their coffee for some reason. Anyways, decent place to go.
