Minute Muffler & Brake

Would !NOT! recommend bringing your car here. I brought my car in and specified which part I needed replaced, they called me saying they ran diagnostics and it needed a different part. So I trusted them and had them replace said part, paid my exorbitant bill and picked the car up.
Needless to say the problem didn't get fixed, the interior was scratched and damaged, and I had new issues which cost me a lot more to fix.
If you value quality service and honest pricing do !NOT! bring you car here.

Had an exhaust manifold replaced, and they worked through the night to make sure I had it back for vacation. This was a year ago, just remembered to review it. I get all my oil changes done here, as well as other mechanical work done, plus all work done in the future, great place, great professionals.

I was driving to Foothills hospital in Calgary from Pincher Creek to bring my brother in law to his cancer treatment appointment. we stopped at the A&W in High River for a bathroom break. When we got back to the car and turn the key to start the engine. It would crank but not fire up. I walked over to the Minute Muffler shop across the parking lot and explained the situation. Christian, the owner sent one of his technician Rory to have a look at it. Fortunately it was a minor repair and we were on our way to the hospital and got there in time for the appointment.

It is great to see some businesses still cares about their customers. Enjoy this Timmy card. Thank you again to Christian and all of his staff at High River Minute Muffler & Quick Lube.

I wasn't very happy with my experience. I had to go back 3 or 4 times because my muffler was vibrating on something and the weld broke on me 3 times already. I now have wire holding up my tailpipe because its not worth the hassle. Wish i spent my money somewhere else

Once again -- thank you to everyone at Minute Muffler for their courteous and efficient service! I have given up on my dealership in Calgary and always take my vehicle into Minute Muffler -- they do a great job and their prices are reasonable.

I am very happy with my service experience at Minute Muffler and Brakes. I came in first to have a leaking tire repaired on my 2005 Honda Civic. The technician noticed while doing the routine courtesy inspection, a coolant leaks at the front of the engine. They showed me the problem and Christian (the owner) asked me some questions about the previous maintenance I had done. I hate to say but I had not done much except oil changes, tires and a battery on this little car. I ended up having a comprehensive inspection done. I sure am glad I did. I learned that there were a few other issues I needed to take care of at a later date. They explained fully what the issues were from urgency to it can wait and all the prices. I did not feel pushed or pressure because I'm a woman. They schedule the car in for the water pump, timing belt and spark plugs replacement. By the look of the old timing belt that they showed me when I picked up the car after work. It was just about to let go. It run so much better now. I will definitely get more work done from Minute Muffler for sure. I am happy I did it. I love my Civic and I really can't afford to replace it. Most of all I need to feel safe driving around with two kids in the back. The whole experience was wonderful. They courtesy drive me to my work in the morning and pick me up afterward. I even had a thank you note in the mail. I absolutely recommend this shop to anyone. They are hardworking honest people which I find rare now a day in their field of business.
