Service is always great. Prices are competitive. They are honest about the repairs needed and don't oversell.

I took my sisters car in for an oil change for the first time one day. The service was great!! I then took my truck in a bit before an oil change was due because the place I usually go to was super busy. The staff treated me very poorly. To top it off. After leaving there my truck seemed like something was wrong. A friend suggested I check the oil. Long story short ish. There was next to no oil in my truck. Just over $90 for an oil change. I will never go there again!!

They also have a customer lounge and several spare vehicles that customers can use if their vehicle requires an extended stay.

I have been to Mobil 1 lube express a few times. When it first opened I felt the service was just as good as any other quick lube place. In the last year or two the service has been terrible.

I have a fair level of mechanical aptitude. I can work on my own vehicles but sometimes have them serviced for convenience.

The staff at Mobil 1 pesters you to get their extra services even when you repeatedly decline. They asked me to get an engine flush a couple years ago I declined and they asked five more times while trying to pressure me with their "expert advise". No offense but if I need anything more than an oil change done I will take it to a real mechanic. My truck only had 70,000kms on it and there is no concrete information that states you ever really need to have your engine flushed especially not one with so few kilometers. When I got home I noticed that the staff only put 2 of the 5 bolts that hold my skid plate back in. I guess it was too much work to put in the other 3 even though they charge you for skid plate removal.

I went to Mobil 1 a few months ago. They waved me into the bay I was guided in by a young man. I hear a screeching noise and immediately stop. An older gentleman who I believe was a supervisor asked me to backup. They told me something was sticking up through the grate and it had hit my tire. When I got home I saw it had actually caught a brace for one of the sheet metal body panels in my wheel well. I was able to bend the brace back but the paint on the ridge of the wheel well soon chipped off. They tried to pressure me with the differential service this time. Oddly enough they weren't to worried about the engine flush... In the manual it states that the differential service shouldn't need to be done for another 30000 km. If something is mechanically wrong or the truck had been used in rough conditions I can understand needing service early. They asked me 4 separate times to get this servicing... which I declined. The staff member told me that I had the dirtiest diffs he had ever seen on a Toyota. I had a mechanic check the diffs just to be sure and he said the oil was fine.

If you need anything more than an oil change please go to a real mechanic. I honestly wouldn't even go there for an oil change. Jiffy lube on Dunmore road is much better
