Marjorie O’Connor’s dynamic and high energy class is the ultimate exercise training program. It is designed to improve functional strength with her unique blend of HiiT drills, core conditioning exercises, full body integration and innovative use of equipment. All levels will truly get a total body workout. Modifications for all levels and age groups. Running shoes are used in this class. Bring a mat if you have one.

September 1st - Labor Day - The MOC Tri-Challenge - Wake up holiday Monday with a warm up followed by 20 minutes of functional power paced strength exercises, 20 minutes of HiiT training exercises incorporating 40 /30 /20 Tabata sequence of drills and finishing off with 20 minutes of core conditioning with a partner 300 series! Fun! ! !






MOC Flexibility and Myofascial Stretch - Tuesdays 8: 30pm - 9: 45pm

Come join Marjorie's signature stretch class which focuses on challenging fascial movement continuity with the principle of full body integration. Variations in dynamic muscle systems, unique alignment techniques and fascia line patterns. Foam rollers and other body stretching tools will be used. You will release chronically tight muscles and break up restrictions along with unique and creative exercises. Come roll and flow! You deserve it!

MOC Candlelight and Champagne Stretch - December 16th - 7: 30-10: 00 pm - Parkview Community Center
Renew mind, body and spirit with friends and family. A 75 minute stretch class followed by champage and appetisers.

The ultimate fun workout designed to improve cardiovascular fitness, strength, agility and mobility. By alternating cardio segments on rebounders, integrated strength exercises, balance exercises, fun drills and innovative circuits, all levels will truly get a total body workout. Be prepared for outdoor activity when weather permits. Modifications for all levels and age groups. Wear running shoes.





MOC Barre Method - Wednesdays 9: 20 - 10: 20 am

MOC Barre Method is a precision technique class choreographed to the hottest music in a fun, high-energy environment. Intense body moulding workout, guaranteed to transform and sculpt your entire body. Small precise, tiny pulsing movements and high reps for arms and legs. Chairs to establish good technique for isolating assistor muscles that help achieve tone. Involves isometric training, body lengthening and “pulling up” as in dance training. Barefoot recommended or comfortable footwear. All fitness levels and no dance experience necessary. Be ready for fun!


MOC Barre Method Intensive - Fridays 9: 30 - 10: 45 am

Come experience Marjorie O'Connor’s full-body barre flow workout, targeting the arms, abdominals, thighs, and glutes. MOC Body Barre Flow emphasizes technical execution- working the muscles to fatigue to develop muscle stamina and endurance, while incorporating isometric holds, interval cycles and stretching to ensure you get a complete and well balanced body workout. The class will build strength, stability, and stamina ALL with her signature MOC Barre Method movements.



MOC Extreme Abs Class ~ 6 week program -Tuesdays Noon Hour 12: 00 – 12: 45

TBA in the Fall

This is a 45 minute ab workout that will define your waist, target your core and sculpt your phenomenal abs ~ hula hooping with heavy hoops, great music and mat work every week!
$80 for the 6 week program or $15 drop in fee
