Montana'S Bbq

We went to Montana's last night for dinner and I deviated from my usual steak (for anyone who knows me, that is a huge deal) and I opted for honey garlic ribs....I must say, I haven't left a restaurant that satisfied in FOREVER!!! For a side I had a simple loaded baked potato and the food was just phenomenal! The wait time was ridiculous and the service was soooooo slow..... But the kitchen nailed that meal! The kids had a bacon Mac and cheese with a white wine sauce and loved it and my husband had a chicken and waffle burger and was quite satisfied with that. As for our youngest, well.... She had chicken fries and french fries and loved it..... But she eats anything.

It's very rare to go for dinner and all the people to leave that happy with their meal, but the kitchen was on their game last night!!

There was six of us. It was busy but our server did a good job. Our one son fell asleep so he pack up his grilled cheese for us & give our other son a huge bowl of ice cream. He also gave our older daughter an ice cream sandwich when she didn't have a kids meal. The RIBS were amazing.

The hostess greeted us promptly and took us to our table. Our waitress took our drink order and meal order shortly thereafter . Our meals were cooked well. We go to Montana's often and this was the best we've had.

Friendly staff and well cooked meals. Cudos Montana's !! Happy Holidays !!

Service was excellent and food was super...shout out to our very good guy server !!! Tis a very friendly environment as well���God speed you guys and keep rocking...Tod had one happy memorable BIRTHDAY...thanks for the awesome memory you shared with us!!! Tis one of my favorite restos!!!!

Our waitress Samarah was absolutely amazing! She was totally on point all night! One of the best dinners we have had there in a very long time!

Me and my husband went there yesturday wednesday nov 15,2017, and Our waitress allyssa was awesome. Very nice and kind. Ordered our drinks in a timely matter, also ordered our appetizer and our meals which came quick. Our meals turned out awesome. My meal was the spicy chicken sandwhich.it was awesome. Enjoyed it,my husband had the canadian burger and it turned out awesome too.he said enjoyed it. We will definitely will be going back :)

Had an excellent experience last night with a group of 13. Our server was excellent! Food came out hot and delicious and he was attentive to our drinks. 3 of us had the beef rib (which we thought they no longer served)... It was very good.

As opposed to half the reviews here, mine is very positive. Food was great, nice to see a restaurant that knows what rare is. And the waitress was amazing too. Thanks Montanas for making this a nice date night for hubby and I.

Went for dinner on Tuesday July 18, 2017 with our two kids. We were seated almost immediately and had our waiter (Abe I think) at our table right away. Took our orders in a timely manner and food arrived soon after. Best part besides the kids eating free was the roaming Magician/balloon artist. He was FANTASTIC!!! Made my kids laugh like crazy and was spot on with them. This was great to see! I only gave 4 stars as my food was good except for one component.

Good spot for hangout👍🏻 I like Happy Hour there

Was my favorite restaurant. Food great, priced just right and they catered perfectly to kids plus I can earn and redeem scene and points. However, yesterday I called in for take out and was put on hold for 7 minutes then they hung up. When I called back, the person who responded said, we're busy, have no time for take out, no apology, no explanation.

Spoke with the general manager today. He was shocked and promised it would be addressed. Front line staff needs training!!!

service was crappie. waited twenty minutes for someone to show up to take our drink orders. food was OK. baby's grilled cheese was burnt without the cheese being melted. my second helping of all you can eat ribs was cold. overall wouldn't go back.

Rachel was totally awesome. The entry staff ladies were all surly, did not SMILE once and were totally unfriendly. This is a customer service venue, is it NOT?

Ordered the buttermilk country chicken plate from Uber eats which is supposed to come with cornbread. That’s the only reason I ordered it and there was no cornbread... also everything tasted like a microwave meal.

Some friends and I went for the all you can eat fajitas. The restaurant was empty and they had 4 cooks working but it took 45 min to get our food. Then they said it would take 15 min per all you can eat refill so we ordered 3 per person in advance. The refills were literally 3 strips of chicken and some steamed veg unseasoned not even salt or pepper. They couldn't keep up with the wraps and toppings or food even though they were over staffed. Our server had to prep and cook our food. Never going back and don't recommend going.

Ok so this is our fourth time visiting this location or should I say Fourth try and our last try. Service was not great. Ribs were very tough (AGAIN!), not your fall off the bone more like rip off the bone. Bake potato was not cooked fully. Our guest had nachos and cheese was basically dried on and burnt. So disappointed. But I guess you live and learn when trying to give a restaurant a second, third and fourth chance. When each time they haven't improved at all. I can definitely say "we all won't be com'n back now"

I was totally not impressed. First, waitress took our drink order, came back 20 minutes later with just the non alcohol drinks, said she will bring the rest of us water while we wait, but never did. We decided to order our appetizers and food at the same time she said this. Our drinks came finally another 10 minutes later. Our appetizers came and 5 minutes later the plates came. Appetizers were done by then. Still no water came. Food came. My grilled cheese burger was not grilled. The bread was warmed up but not toasted. Another member of my party, his grilled cheese burger bread was burned. They came out with the horn head for me because it was my birthday and the ice cream which was good, but the two kids that were with us had to wait at least 15 minutes for the waitress to even come and ask us if we wanted anything else and we had to ask for their cookie which was part of their meal. Not very impressed. Then the bills were coming. We had 3 different ones. But they were totally wrong. Took her three tries to get them right. Not impressed at all for a birthday celebration!!!

I have tried this restaurant a few times now. But it just doesn’t get any better. I have watched one girl cleaning one table. It took her over 5 minutes to do that. She even did sit down while cleaning the table, still chewing her gum!!!! I have worked many many years in restaurants, here in Canada and Europe. But never ever have I seen someone so lifeless and bored at her job. She poured all the food leftovers on to the table and grabbed the paper table cloth and squished everything together. Who the hell does that?????? Seriously!?!??

She should for sure look for another job ASAP!!�

I only had a water to drink and just a few appetizers to share with my family. But man..... HOLY CRAP... was that Glas dirty. A big chain restaurant should clean the glasses properly. Not just quickly rinse it out with water, and that is just what it looked like.
