Well Montana's made it right!!!! Thank you!

Some great menu additions, and my ribs were perfect!! Stopped going for a while but I'll be returning because they are back! Service was outstanding.

You've done more than most companies to regain my patronage.

We found it pretty good, food was good, service was good, yes she never followed up after food came, price was fair

Best service and very friendly!!! We loved our waitress ( Sarah's Mom sorry we don't know her name) she is the best waitress ever and Sarah came over and she was great to visit with us as well!

Service was good, food was good but just kind of lacked the flavour I remember. Not bad, just not as good as I recall.

Had Montana’s tonight, there was a hair in my food and the waitress didn’t even acknowledge it, just kept talking and then walked away. Not happy. Won’t be back for awhile.

went with 10 people from work service was very slow food came warm but not hot, sent food back to be warmed up took 30 minutes decided to order something else, they claimed kitchen was really busy? there was only 6 tables plus ours occupied in the whole restaurant? place has really gone downhill will not be going back or recommend this place.

Worst service.barely anyone in the place and took almost an hr to get meal which parts were cold.would not recommend this place.go to South common montanas.much better service and quick and food is great

Sorry but the attendant yesterday didn't even care to stop and ask if we need water. She did at first when we were just starting to check on our food, then none after that. Ribs are more tender at Tony Roma.

Our family used to eat regularly here for around 6 years but the quality dropped so we stopped going - we went back tonight for the first time in around 18 months - it was not busy today but service was slow & the manager was having to help wait tables - possible staff shortage? Our server did not introduce himself. Coffee was strong & cold; fries were over salted; pasta dish was greasy & garlic bread was undercooked; steak was cold & tasteless sorry but won't be rushing back to spend $100

Been here almost an hour and just FINALLY got served. Terrible service still. Haven't been here in about two years because of the service. Thought I'd give it a try again:(

35 min wait was reasonable but 1 hour after ordering and no food plus tepid tea water lukewarm ribs room temp fries baked potatoes absent for first 10 minutes of eating, had to ask for gravy a second time..... meal arrived 30 min after we were told it would be another 5-10 min....... really doesn't matter the manager said the meal was on her..... won't be back to this location..... and not to forget the drink previously spilled under the table by another patron and mopped up while we were sitting....but only because we mentioned it...... >:o(

Worst service ever. 5 waitresses for 18 ppl in the whole place and they couldn’t get it right. Bar side waitress had an attitude and had to be called for everything. Passed through three different waitresses. A simple rib order for an adult and child should not take two hrs to get through. Didn’t get my scene points either.

We were at Montana's on June 24th for dinner before a show at Festival Place. This was the worst experience I have had in a restaurant in many many years. If you plan to eat here before a movie or a show DO NOT GO HERE. We waited for an hour for our food watching table around us eat before us. At the end of the night the manager could not even offer an apology for the poor service. I think the GM / ownership needs to have a look at the management staff. I will not be back.

Ordered finger pickin good on skip the dishes. Received 1 corn bread muffin out of the 4. The "smoky bacon mac and cheese" was a kids order of scooby doodles. Ive also ordered kids scooby doodles in the past for a kids meal and the portion we received with tonights order was half of what we receive for a kids order. Order was not at all as advertised and to be advertised as a family combo and to have portions delivered that small was a waste of money.

Horrible service, food was cold and the bathroom was more disgusting then a backwoods truck stop.

Friday night very busy, totally understand. Arrived at 515pm, seated at 545pm. Waitress was very nice, quick with getting us water. 610pm, order taken. 700pm, after walking by us all night, she says are food is being plated. 728pm food arrives. My son's bison burger was burnt. 745 the general manager comes over and apologizes and takes burger off bill and 10% discount. How about a full refund!!! Totally it is obvious that our order was forgot. I am pretty sure the waitresses were having to cook as well.

Filthy bathrooms!! Food was awful, steak had no flavor, over cooked vegetables no shrimp, over dressed salad. So disappointed

Couldn't even finish the plate it was so gross. Can't believe they are still open.

Poor waitresses having to keep apologizing for everything.
