I gave my suit for alterations, the suit was not from Moores, so they charge you almost double, which is okay but atleast give proper service, the customer service guy made me wait 20 minutes first just to take my measurements, there was only 1 other customer in the store and 3 customer service people who did not bother. When he finally took my measurements he made me wait another 20 minutes atleast just to charge me. When I came to pick up the suit after a few days, the guy lost my suit bag which was for that specific suit

Last week my great grandfather had passed away, we had just returned to the city and I realized that I needed a suit so we went to Moore's. And a guy named Joshua George had helped me pick out a suit within seconds and was the coolest guy ever and could be the next James Bond. If you need a suit get it from Joshua at Moore's

Just left Moore's Crowfoot and was extremely impressed with the service we received from Chris. He was attentive, helpful and extremely friendly. We will be back & our thanks for the wonderful service!

Customer service is always excellent. I got great men's clothing advice from Haeman and Daniel, great advice on style and color to fit my needs. I find all the staff at the Crowfoot Moore's location very friendly, helpful and professional. It's the only place I shop for everything from suits to jeans. Thank You to all the Staff

This was a gong show right from the beginning for my son and his soon to be wife. They have been dealing when them now for 7 or 8 months and for a business that deals with wedding parties they absolutely had things messed up and never got orders right or couldn't find the information on wedding party. They said they ordered things and they didn't..and when they did they had it wrong. Wrong color shirt for groom and it took Moore's over a month get another one ordered. Still was the wrong size! I mean everything should be in the computer .. but nothing was right.. all the sizes of shirts, colors of ties.. really how hard can this be when its your business? If you use these guys for something as important as a wedding please rethink it or be right on top of them for everything. Sad thing is you shouldn't have to do that this is what they get paid for!!! Id give them 0 out of 5 stars if it let me. Will never recommend them to anyone after watching this.

I had the worst experience at Moores in Crowfoot. We purchased 5 custom suits and shirts, going in over 4 months before the wedding. We paid for the entire cost at this time. After not hearing anything from Moores after 3 months, we reached out to them. The suits were in but no one had contacted us to tell us, and then they were down to 1 tailor so they said they needed a month to do all the hemming for the suits. When the groomsman went into the fittings, they asked for them to pay for the suits (which were already paid for). They never contacted them when the suits were ready for pick up. I had to call 3 times before someone could tell me the dates of when each suit would be ready for pick. On the first call, the owner of the store answered the call "what do you want?". None of the details we provided what was ordered by groomsman was recorded in their system, nor could they find the details in physical copy. When calling to ask when the suits were ready for pickup, we realized they did not order 3 of the shirts. This is 3 weeks before the wedding. They did not have it recorded what size shirt was for what groomsman, so I had to provide them the sizing details to get them to even order the correct size. Then when we went to pick up the suits and shirts, one shirt was ordered in the wrong size. It is now 1 week before the wedding, and the shirt is still not in. No one again called to tell us this, we had to physically go to the store (on the day they said it would be available for pick up), to be told the order wasn't even put through. Now we are told it will be ready in a couple of days, which is 5 days before my wedding. I will never shop here again and I would strongly tell others to never shop here. The store manager was one of the most rudest and unprofessional people I have ever dealt with in retail.

I would give 0 stars if possible. Went for a friend's wedding as a groomsman. Had a girl measure me for pants and a shirt. Pants came perfect, shirt was not tailored properly at all. When I went in to pick up the items the service desk ignored me for 10 minutes until a new young employee came over to help me. (Aparently girl no longer works there) Tried items on and waited another 10 minutes as the young employee finished his other task. Terrible service with a fake smile. Over priced clothes that don't fit. Avoid.

The staff is incredibly friendly and I am always greeted at the door with a smile and a handshake. Everyone there is comited to making its customers have the best experience possible. Thanks making me look amazing for graduation-Morgan

If you're in need of a new suit, you need to see Haeman at this location. He was extremely personable, knowledgable, and not once did he come across as pushy during the whole custom suit process. In my experience, he has mastered customer service- making every step of the way an absolute delight.
