Went here for dinner as I just had surgery and have to eat creamer soups. I called a head and it was loaded baked potato. When we arrived i asked our waitress if she could ask for more of the broth then the potatoes as I just had surgery and couldn’t eat anything but broth.

The chef gave me a bowl of cream broth with no chunks at all. It was so delicious and would recommend this place to anyone �

We come here on average once every 2 weeks and always sit on the lounge side. Jose is usually our bartender and he always knows what we want to drink and eat- we don't even have to ask! Tonight we had a minor bad experience with some food we ordered which was not a big deal to us however when Jose asked us how our meal was, we told him the issue. Jose still covered the cost of our food anyway even though we told him he didn't have to. We were very appreciative for his actions, he was very professional about the whole situation. He's one of the best staff members that we have encountered everytime we have gone (since this moxies reopened) 5 stars to him all all that he does for us when we visit this location. Keep up the good work!!

We came for lunch and sat in the lounge! The server was friendly and attentive and going above the normal call of duty. She helped make a good drink selection and suggested the 1/2 price glasses of wine. We were celebrating my birthday and she made sure things were great, and she offered us a dessert on the house. The food was wonderful and the menu offered a large selection! We will for sure be back.

Our fave place to stop n eat in Edmonton during our shopping trips...this is where we go n plan our day...ribs are all time faves n the trio dessert is to die for...mmmm

I think those one star reviews must be from people who were having a bad day or something. Loved this place. Food was amazing and the staff friendly and efficient!

We had a lovely meal yesterday the only thing that went wrong was the server kept forgetting to ask Phillip if he wanted more water and also we had to point out that it was my birthday and for me to get the birthday desert.I was wearing a birthday tiara.

Courtney was our waitress and was terrific..

At first thought prices were little on high side but the quality of our dinners were worth it.. Our meals was peppercorn steak & steak and prawns.. with starters & meal we were too full to even think of deserts..

The "only complaint" we both have was the music... Way to loud..

We had to keep asking waitress to repeat what she was saying as we could not hear her and we do not have hearing problems.. We had to sit closer than we normally do just to talk to one another without rasing our voices..

The food was awesome as per usual but the service was terriable. The waitress was more interested in some friends that were dining in the patio then her customers.

Doesn't listen to what you ordered for drinks then gets agitated when you refuse to drink what she brought! Then we don't get out drinks till we're finished our meal..... and it was dead in there, no excuse!

My Daughter burnt her hand on the dry ice that was served with the ice cream. I'm partly to blame as I wasn't paying attention also. To prevent future mishaps a warning should be given when served to children. They did give her burn cream or gel and a band aid. Our server didn't seem all that concerned so I told the supervisor and she assured she would tell the staff. The ceasar wasn't great and wasn't charged thank you. Food was great. Hospitality was alright was about 7 pm so maybe they were tired understanding..

Kingsway Moxie's is the best Moxie's in the city, no competition there. Generally, 8/10 of our experiences there are great, fantastic even. Their steaks often beat the steaks at competing steakhouses. However, last night was certainly of the the 2/10 times where our experience was disappointing to say the least. It was my boyfriend's birthday and we wanted something that we knew was reliably good. We both ordered the steak sandwich, medium rare (as usual), and the calamari to start. The calamari was excellent, but everything went downhill from there. The steaks came out well done. We sent them back, no big deal, as the server left the fries with us to munch on. The second set of steaks was medium-well. I noticed that the steaks were very thin, so overcooking it is easy. By that time, we were starving so we didn't even care anymore. The manager offered to comp ONE dessert, which we declined because by that time, we were there for almost 1.5 hours. When we got the bill, we were double charged for the extremely expensive fountain pop. Although the service was friendly and they apologized, it would have been nice if they offered to comp something else, like the drinks or even the appetizer. Overall disappointing night. We'll probably be back, but not for a while.

I used to love their double cheese share nachos. Then they changed the plate and started overcooking the nachos. It's a shame, because it was my number one place to go for that.. :(



Staff is very friendly and accommodating on the restaurant side.

The service in the lounge is beyond horrible. The server spends more time talking to the bartender than serving customers. I should have just walked to the mall and ate in the food court. The service would have been better.

Place was clean and servers were pleasent. But was over priced for what we got. And just doesn't have the same feel as before. Could of gotten same food else where.

worst experience ever - empty place sat in the bar - server took drink and then finally took food order and then I guess was off shift and sat with the rest of the staff counting up her tips - bartender drops food off no napkins - never coming back to ask if we needed anything and yes may I comment again place was empty - had to beg for the bill and NO we did not tip - worst service ever - food was barely edible- think someone dumps a bag of salt on the fries

the nachos is good but the food i ordered the Prawn Linguine is too salty and my friend order the New York Steak is very salty too you can see lots of salt on the top.

The food came and we ordered a plate of nachos to share as one of the girls was going to put one in her mouth there was a F**king earring back in the meat. The most disgusting thing to happen. Of course the first thing that comes to mind is does this person have anything we need to worry about etc. When brought to the managers attention it was like no big deal. He offered to remake the meal or something new . Ummmm... No thank you! He did not even comp the drinks or anything. It was handled terribly and as if it was no big deal. I would never recommend going here and if you do check. Your food!

He didn't offer chop sticks for the Asian dish and only 2 napkins with the chicken. That's ok! I just wiped my hands in the upholstery! I really like the menu so I will find a new location.
