Quick service, quick answer an to be open to refund me after I paid my bill. This is why I give 2 starts.
The 3 others stars are missing because the billing is really not reflecting the work and parts are over price comparing to rental price even here in Cold Lake.

Excellent customer service, and knowledgeable staff! Ted was very helpful, and prompt. I called and he was at my door within 10 minutes, and had the furnace working for us just as fast! Will definitely use their service qgain in the future!

Furnace stopped working and needed it fixed ASAP. I made several phone calls to other companies and no one would even answer the phone. Not only did Ted answer but he came to our house in 15 minutes and had the furnace fixed and running within the hour. Highly recommended.
