Was just in for a quick fix while traveling through on a road trip , very friendly and helpful staff. Just wanted to say thanks for your help.

The crew at Murray Chev are the best. Everyone is friendly and the service I receieved from Warren, Willie, Rhonda, and Dalton was second to none. They made a really bad situation a lot less stressful. My business truck broke down there on a Saturday, they brought it in first thing Monday morning and started diagnosing it. Dalton the mechanic moved wit a sense of urgency you don't see very often any more. You guys are awesome ����� thanks for the great service.

Stopped in to service this morning had wonderful caring and courteous service from both service writer and the gentleman who looked at my car...thank you so much!!!!!

Our truck broke down 8 hours from home while hauling horses. Not only did they repair the truck quickly, the employees were very considerate of our horses and offered us one of their personal trucks so we could haul them away. The staff were amazing to deal with. We certainly recommend Murray Chevrolet Medicine Hat!

My husband and I bought our new family vehicle from them. Jon Weiss made the experience very enjoyable for us from the initial handshake to the pick up of the keys!!! He took time to explain all the vehicles options and features to us. Bryan Kitching who did our financing was also a pleasure to deal with. Last December I left Brandon for Kamloops in a snow storm against a killer head wind. An hour into the trip, the DEF/DPF warning light came on. I filled up at Swift Current, bought some DEF, but the tank only took 3 liters. Speed restricted to 90km, I pulled into Murrays at 3pm. 45 minutes later, I looked out and my truck was still where I had parked it. But to my surprise, all fixed and ready to go! 52 minutes from stop to back on the highway. The problem was a burnt out tank heater and tripped relays. Thanks Damian & crew, you guys are the best.

Jody checked me in immediately, and I jumped in with penny and I was back at work in minutes! Exactly how great service should be!

I purchased a new vehicle at Murray Chevrolet Cadillac while they were placed at Medicine Hat Mall. I thought was a awesome idea. I loved it. I had the pleasure of have Paul Murray handle my purchase, with some supervision of his daughter Logan. It was a feel great experience. I am very pleased with excellent treatment I received.

After purchasing our new vehicle from Murray in 2014 we returned back to Red Deer where we used a local dealership to stay on top of any warranty work, oil changes, recalls, etc. Unfortunately, the local dealership refused to stand behind the GMC recalled body work and we were told we were going to have to cover 50% to have the work redone that was done incorrectly from this local dealership in the first place.



We contacted Murray for assistance on who we could reach out to at GM to make the situation right. We certainly did not expect that Murray would take on the errors that the local dealership made and ensure the problems were corrected, and fixed properly this time, but they did!

Called in for a windshield chip repair was told it was $30 so i drove over to get it fixed before my windshield cracked and was than told it was $35 and i could pay for it when my truck was done almost 2 hours later bill comes to just about $42 was not happy... When a customer calls or comes in they should be able to get the actual price. Wont be going back thats for sure no matter how much business my family gives them

Thomas Carpenter made sexual advances on me I was very uncomfortable I am from Detroit Michigan and where I'm from car salesmen are not supposed to make disturbing sexual remarks to potential sales this was so unprofessional I would never recommend this place to anyone I was on vacation visiting my cousin he was going to buy a Cadillac but we couldn't deal with it so disrespectful

They worked on my vehicle with out getting a consent from me and charge me for a job I never got asked for them to work on. Worst customer service extorting money from me when I never gave them permission to start on it. Very disappointed telling me I'm obligated to pay for a job I never gave them consent to do it was only suppose to be worked on things that still under warranty?
