The course was set for life, and there was no deterring him.
It didn't take long to dial in on a specialty based on his extreme attention to detail, and desire to become and offer the best he can. Shortly after his preliminary schooling, Scott started working with high-end European craftsmen, sponging up everything they had to offer as far as skills, expectations, and theoretical understanding in finishing carpentry and cabinetry.
Today, Scott leads the team at Nailed It through example, and expecting of them what he demands of himself; continual improvement, and leaving your best behind.
