Rude people. Rude service. Told me to get out when I asked them to fix the awful and uneven job they did on my nails. And still charged me. I walked out unhappy. They don't care, as long as they get your dollar out of you.

This nail salon is my favorite; hands down. The workers and owners are very nice and extremely talented. Megan is very sweet and beyond talented. She is fast and efficient. She also pays close attention to details. The nails usually last about a month and I have no issues with them! Also, they are the only ones I know of to have the newest things. They always have something new! Highly recommend it :) Thaank you for all of your work!

Very rude individuals there. It's unbelievable what I experienced today. I walked in to get a pedicure, was my first time there so needed to know the rate, i had agreed to get a basic pedicure for 40$ and was then contemplating to get my finger nails painted but nothing extreme bcos of my job, the guy at the front desk hurriedly ask me to meet the lady and she would tell me the price for my hands and continued to say if you want to or you don't want to then that's your problem. Then I stopped half to tell him that was rude , the lady immediately came towards me and started saying get out evil people and was close enough in attempt to push me, I then told her if she touched me that I was going to call the police, and she continued to yell call the police, I just walked out as I could see the frustration written all over her face. I don't know what they are going thru but they have to respect every single person that comes thru that door even if they think oh this individual can't afford much. I will never go there nor will i recommend anyone to either. I rate them a zero.

My sisters and i have been going here for years. Will never go any place else again. Great staff, great place, great prices. We all go once a month. Sometimes have to wait (no more then 20 min) but its worth it in the end.

I booked an appointment for me and a friend for 3:30pm. We showed up on time, they seated us and said they would be with us right away. They continued to finish with their customers which is understandable, but the man was sharing wine with the customers. Which I didn't think was very professional. It was half an hour before their daughter started on my friends nails I waited 45 minutes for someone to start on mine. The young girl put my tips on. They don't match my actual nail so my nail sticks out the side of my acrylics. When she began to cut them I asked for them shorter she replied "no that's good" I don't like my nails long. Then her mom began with my nails and insisted I try the glow in the dark. I thought it was neat so I said okay I'll do dark blue. "No you have to use light and dark" i didn't want to and they insisted and insisted I got both but I continued to refuse until annoyed. And again asked for them to be shorter she said okay, and didn't make them shorter. Doing my nails she seemed rushed until finally her husband started to help her so I had two people working on my nails. I asked for almond nails. Some ended up almond, some ended up oval. And again asked for them for to be shorter in which they gave me a dirty look and said "why didn't you ask early" filed bad and forth once and asked if it was good and I said no shorter please so he shorted them a little but they are still too long. The wife left to eat and the husband painted my nails. I got a matte finish which he had to do over 3 times because there was air bubbles and bumps from him rushing. He buffed down my nails to redo it and my nail colour now has faded spots. Some nails aren't fully painted I have acrylic all over my fingers. it's the next day and I look like I have a week of nail growth. They were very rude and every time I told them how I wanted my nails they began to speak to each other not in English of course and then their children would laugh. I will never return by far the worst service I have ever received.
