Good knolagable people

Service is usually good, sometimes longer than normal wait times. This napa does have some staff that try to be pleasant and helpful, but I have to say this napa has one salesman in particular that has the worst people skills and should probably be put in the back filling orders or whatever that has to be done, in order to keep him away from customers. He's got a poor attitude every time I have been in store and stood felt with him I've gotten the full effect of how poor his attitude is. Maybe he doesn't want his job? I placed an order through him in person a day before as he had to order in the parts for me to pick up the next day. I pulled into the parking lot at 5:45 and he has the place closed down already. Their sign says open til 6. The old lady and I tried to open the doors and they were locked. Peered in through the glass and long and behold who's sitting there doing his cash out. We gave him a closed? look, look, and he just looks at us and shakes his head back and forth and gives us a oh well shrug and looks down at his cash out and ignores us. So i tried to called the front desk and he just sat there and let the phone ring with not a care in the world. To me, this shows that this napa doesn't need any more customers or sales to keep the doors open and must be happy not obtaining customers. Anyone that runs a store with that kind of attitude I will not support. I will be traveling to Edmonton to reorder my parts now and will not be going back to Leduc.

Service is pretty bad. You stand in line for 10 minutes before your even acknowledged.
