Excellent service at Edmonton International Airport. Walked straight to my car of choice, showed my driver's license and out on the road within minutes. Dropped the car off and was welcomed immediately and all was completed within a minute or two. Great job National.

I am an Emerald Cub member and can pick my own car. On my last trip the selection was very limited and I was upgraded to a very nice Titan pickup. This purchase experience was excellent and I am fortunate that our company chose National as our partner.

This is by far the BEST rental car company!! Fast, Easy, No Hassle. Seriously, sign up for the Emerald Club card. There is no need to rent from other car rental places. With the club card, you bypass the checkout line, go out to the line up of cars, pick the one you like, get in, drive away. Simple. Return the car to the garage, someone comes to check for damage, mileage and gas level and in a few minutes your receipt is in your hand and you are on your way again. Staff are always respectful. What more could you want?

Easy in, easy out. Seamless. Nissan Tundra - full cab. Less than 600 original miles on vehicle. Great recommendation by National attendant. Great ride, comfortable and had quite the trim package inside and out. Would absolutely rent again. Bottle of water at checkout is a nice touch!

I rent vehicles for work all the time. This week I needed a vehicle after the water pump went while we were traveling from Regina to Edmonton. 5 pm on a Friday in Saskatoon. Sigh! And we needed to be back in Edmonton for Saturday morning. Rented from National in Saskatoon and the girl there was lovely. She had me laughing and the vehicle was clean and perfect. Returned it to the Edmonton airport location Saturday afternoon . Nice, Nice people, great service. I will go out of my way to use National after this experience. Thank you so much!

The car was great but when we picked the vehicle up it was in a very poor lit area and we couldn't see if there was any damage on the car because of the lighting. When we returned the car they blamed us for a damaged rim that we did not damage. Because of the poor lighting that is what you get when they dont let you look at the car in good lighting. It is a scam to cover damage someone else did.

The emerald club service is fantastic. It fast easy and no fuss...

Found the service for this car rental company to be great. They were prompt but I wanted to get Partner plan points rather than rental credits. I asked about this at sign up and then again when I returned the car and was told that would be fine. However, after the rental had bee processed I ended up with a rental credit and was told that I could not get points.

I've rented a lot of vehicles over the years and I just wanted to give 5 stars to National for their exceptional service. If you sign up for a free Emerald Club membership they make sure you're rental experience is fast and easy. Just walk up, walk through, and drive away. Keep up the great work!
