I really like working out there. Staff are great.

I had my hip replaced four years ago and just couldn't seem to stop limping, I went to Natural High last winter and had several sessions with Noreen and have now made a complete recovery. I can't say enough positive things about her and all the staff, to be pain free is a wonderful thing.

I've trained at Natural High for around four years and I really enjoy it. I've trained at a number of gyms over the last 20 years and I have to say that Natural High is a great facility. I've found the staff to be very knowledgeable and keen to lend advice or a hand. The equipment is great and there's a nice ergonomics to the gym, every thing is where it should be.

There's a real sense of community at the gym and the company is an active member of the community, they can be found supporting a number if initiatives, which is a truly positive thing.

I've never felt pushed to the side by any big bruisers, or in the way of anyone trying to workout. If you're looking for a nice community oriented gym this is a great facility and you should check it out!

I have been going to this gym for 3 years now. I will never change gyms. Simply for the fact of a great atmosphere which incorporates a friendly staff, a reasonably priced membership, and an old school gym kinda feel. This gym is locally owned and doesn't have a commercialized feel to it. That is very important to me. At Natural High you are a person and not a number like most commercialized gyms I know. There is more than enough equipment and I've never had to compete for a machine.

The place to be for fitness equipment & classes. We have a family membership which then also includes access to the skating, swimming pool & gymnasium. Friendly & very knowledgeable team. Cutting edge equipment, fun & energizing!
