Nirvana 101

Upon entering the store for the first time, there's so many eye catching things to see. I loved the assortment of crystals! The cup of tea while roaming the store is a really nice touch. I highly recommend it!

This place is exactly what I needed. They have so much to offer. They have great workshops for the spirit and mind. They sell room sprays from Carly that are for anything you need. I usually go for Friday meditation and yoga and I have gone for sound bath. Its super relaxing. Its so worth going. I could spend hours in Nirvana.�

This place has so much to offer for anyone looking for alternative ways of thinking, relaxing and being. From products to workshops this is a positive place for anyone to find what they're looking for and appreciate what they offer.

This is a beautiful store with good energy. I have purchased a couple of things from there and absolutely love them. The quality is great, the staff are friendly, and they offer tea to sip while you browse, making your experience relaxing and enjoyable. It's a great place with a lovely atmosphere to spend time just looking at all the gorgeous stones, crystals and other pretty items. They offer many workshops too, which makes them a great resource.

Such a beautiful place to be in. The staff always have a smile for you and our helpful in every way. A wonderful place filled with treasures.

So I went in for the salt float!!! Super amazing experience- felt incredible and refreshed the rest of the day! Body and mind were relaxed and almost all of muscle soreness and stiffness was gone (I teach fitness classes and am almost always sore and stiff!) I also hit a state called theta-(they explained my experience after when I asked) a relaxation (meditative) state that blew my never relaxed, never quiet mind, which I have been trying to make a part of my everyday!

So being the can’t sit still kinda girl who can’t sit still and relax in a bath for more than 20 mins, I didn’t think I’d be able stay in there for the full hour and a half, but 90 mins flew by and when the lights came on, my eyes flew open and I belted out serious? I have to get out??? And truly didn’t want to but my time was up... so I’ve decide I am going to try to make this a monthly ME thing!



I need to also mention how awesome the ladies are there!!! The time and knowledge given to me was totally awesome!!! Thank you!
