I had the best experience with Lloydminster Nissan. I was so impressed with their knowledge and most of all there customer service. I first started to look for a new truck in November 2016. I went to a few different dealerships and nobody made me feel more welcome then Lloydminster Nissan, I never felt pressured at all from the sales team or anyone else there not even after going back 3 times and wanting to test drive the vehicle I was interested in, they made me feel so comfortable and were so great to deal with. I was introduced to many people on their team, Shawn, Gordon, Ken, Alicia and many others, everyone was so friendly, comical and made me feel so welcome and comfortable. I would definitely purchase from this dealership again. I have only had the vehicle for a week and I love it. All in all could not have asked for a better experience. I would highly recommend this dealership again and again. I couldn’t get in to pick up my new truck during business hours but Gordon Humby actually stayed after hours and washed and cleaned my truck himself so it would be ready to go when I got there. Well here goes my rant of the century. I use to and still do love my Nissan Pathfinder. On July 25, 2017 , and my family (5 year old included ) left for the airport in Edmonton. While driving there (not around another other vehicles, passing semis, over under an overpass) we heard a huge bag sounded like a gun went off in the car. We immediately pulled over and checked the vehicle, finding that the sunroof had "exploded" outwards. Thank god we had the visor closed , so the glass didn't fall down on any of us. But it gave us a good fright. Keep in mind my vehicle is a 2016 Nissan Pathfinder , just purchased literally a year ago so not old at all. I then contacted the Saskatoon dealership, where I had purchased it and they told me "it shouldn't be a problem" contact the dealership in your area. So we did! I contacted lloydminster Nissan to basically being told that nope it's not covered and actually she just had the same thing happen to her and had to pay out of pocket. (Wow) contacted Nissan Canada who every day since, (July 25, July 26 and today) have been calling. And being told it was sent to a "supervisor". Meanwhile , my husband had brought my vehicle down to the lloydminster dealership so they could take a look at it , and being told "well we can't do anything about it because your going through Nissan Canada , and you have to pay the 1200 up front to order it which can take up to 5 days to get in". So praying for it not to rain , we finally got a call tonight , telling us that my warranty does not cover exploding glass ? Really? My vehicle is a year old , and the sunroof blows out of it , potentially hurting my family , but they will not do anything about it. I absolutely love my vehicle , rides good , it's comfortable BUT .. I do not only buy a vehicle for its looks and function , I purchase a vehicle to have great service (as I did when purchased). I'm not only "pissed off" but totally disgusted on how this was handled. We not only got told no they will not do anything about it but the way they handled and how rude they were to both my husband and myself are unacceptable! Please beware when purchasing a Nissan , their vehicles may look pretty but their customer service is CRAP !!!!

Our 2014 Nissan Pathfinder SL was stolen from Lloydminster Nissan on January 2nd, 2018. After an agreement with one of the employees we left the vehicle with keys to the vehicle in the drop off box assuming it is safe to leave the car there. However, the next day we were informed that our car was stolen because the thieves managed to open the “secure” drop off box and took the keys. We couldn’t believe this. Even more disappointing was the way Lloydminster Nissan dealt with the whole situation. I guess it was our situation because other than borrowing us a car for seven days the owner showed zero customer loyalty. All service and repairs, new winter tires and installation, roof rack, all adding up to a few thousand dollars over a period 3 and a half years were done at Lloydminster Nissan but once our car was stolen from their dealership after the thieves got into their key drop off box, they were willing to take no responsibility whatsoever. We were quite surprised how arrogant the owner was about the whole situation during our personal meeting.
