Excellent customer service from both Dave and Andrew. Always answered our questions and kept us in the loop every step of the way. These guys went above and beyond. This was the least stressful vehicle purchase that my family has made.
As we have moved forward with the vehicles we have experienced a number of issues with engine codes and check engine lights on the journey. I must say Andrew and the service team have gone above and beyond our expectations in diagnosing and repairing said issues. A huge thank you to the team on the service side and to Andrew for constantly exceeding those expectations and for always providing proper information as to what is happening with our vehicle

I called to get a quote for parts and service, and the woman I talked to was rude and short. She told me she would call me back with a quote, and after not hearing anything the rest of the day, I called the next day to see if she had my quote. She was rude and short tempered with me on the phone. She told me that she would call back with a quote and before I could finish what I was saying, she hung up on me. She never did call back and I never did end up getting the quote I asked for. Instead, I went to Grande Prairie Chrysler, and they were polite and accommodating

We just bought a 2017 Jeep Wrangler and the service we received from Sebastian was incredible. At the same time we were dealing with Sarah in the service department and we felt she went above and beyond for us with the extensive repairs needed for our Ram pickup we had purchased from this dealership 3 years ago. Every staff member we were in contact with was so very friendly. You felt very welcome and cared about at this dealership.
