NORTHWESTFEST (formerly Global Visions) is Canada’s longest running non-fiction film festival. Our next edition takes place MAY 5-14, 2016, kicking off Edmonton's summer festival season.
We are proud to present Edmonton's hottest non-fiction film premieres, live performance, and discussion, with a focus on Canadian and Alberta artists and filmmakers.

GLOBAL Visions (International films),
SOUNDS & Visions (Music Docs),

In October, the Global Visions Festival Society is also pleased to announce the launch of Edmonton's new LGBT film festival, RAINBOW VISIONS! We look forward to seeing you, October 16-18, 2015.
