I have been to this office twice. Both time for mole removal. The process was painless, little bleeding, and great results! A total of 3 moles removed, and in an out in 30 minutes both times.

There are in our lifetime very few people that have the natural ability to make us smile whenever we see them. Dr. Leroux is one of those rare individuals who's spirit and good nature will make you smile and relax. If your looking for a new doctor, look no further!

Dr. Rad, and Dr. Hamid are always easy to talk to and have given thorough, easy to understand answers to any questions or concerns I have had. My toddler sons see Dr. Rad and I see Dr. Hamid. They have both been very caring with us. I find it easier to get appointments here than with my past doctor in Calgary and less of a wait time once I've arrived at an appointment than our first doctor in Airdrie. If I ever do have to wait, it's rare; I don't have to wait more than 15 minutes to see them for my scheduled appointment. The front desk staff was sufficient before but has improved in the past few months and I am very pleased with this team.

The last two visits for my daughter we waited over 40 mins. They love to waste time asking questions and doing unnecessary checks.

Waiting seems pretty normal for medical offices. I always have appointments but trying to get through on the phone can be difficult sometimes.

We had an appointment with Dr. Rad that I confirmed for my incredibly sick 4 yo with a high fever. They left us waiting for more than 30 past our appointment time, all while funneing walk-in patients ahead of us. They didn't communicate to us but just left us sitting there. My daughter was very visibly ill and if there was an option to see a walk-in physician faster we would have done so. We ended up calling a different medical clinic and got in within 5 minutes of leaving Oasis. It was a horrible experience, the admin team didn't care and instead were taking about a pottery class. Communicating with client is important especially if an appointment that was made is running late. 30 minutes after our appointment time is ridiculous and we didn't even get to seethe Dr...who knows how long we would have had to wait! We will not be going here and j stead moving our records.

Seriously worst experience ever!! Tell me to bring my sick kid in to be checked at a certain time so I pack my kids up and drive there for them to tell us to come back 2 hours later. Worst customer service and NO training. Absolutely horrible!! Won't be going there ever again!!

If I could give negative stars I would...I don't normally write reviews but thought I may serve the public by leaving one. Front office staff are fine and but slow to answer the phone, but if you are looking for a pediatrician DO NOT use Dr Rad. Horrible with children and yes she is a pediatrician. This was not a single bad experience but a year of a very poor doctor and no sympathy for a child or parent. Has no idea of how to be a parent but would give advice that was healthy for the clinics or her profits. Stay AWAY!
