I try to educate all my clients as best as I can on the products that I use, where I get the from, and why I've chosen to use these products. Please always feel comfortable asking me as many questions as you'd like. In my opinion, an educated customer is a valued customer.

Ask questions!
Salon cleanliness is foremost. Are the surfaces disinfected between clients? What about tools? Nail files need to be new and thrown out after your service. The disposable sanding bands on the electric files need to be replaced with EACH client. All metal tools including tweezers, metal sanding bits, cuticle pushers, etc need to be cleaned and disinfected between clients as well.... Is the technician wearing gloves?
It is ok to ask questions! You are not being rude, you are being safe.
