Ok Tire & Auto Service

Fantastic customer service! Was given a very detailed list of what needed to be done on my vehicle and was even offered by the shop foreman to go through everything visually so I would have a perfect understanding of what was being repaired.

The lady at the desk was very nice! I got the perfect winter tires and the prices are great in comparison to the other places I inquired with first. Definitely coming back when my summer tires need to be refreshed!

Service is top notch. Staff is very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. 10/10 would recommend.

I went to OK Tire a few days ago to have a flat tire repaired and had an awesome experience!! The gentleman at the front desk was very helpful and kind!! He took the time to come outside to my truck and inspect the puncture before wasting my time and his on something that turned out to be unrepairable! He explained to me why it couldn't be repaired (in terms i could understand i might add), then brought me back inside to explain my options. After he clearly explained everything and reccomended thay i buy 2 new tires and save the one good one for if this ever happens again, i did exactly that. The whole time he was very kind and seemed happy to be helping me! Which had to be tough because i could tell he had a lot on his plate and easily could have been doimg something else! (He had like 10 post it notes with what i assume were things he needed to complete) Our conversation was inturupted by what i assume was one of his managers trying to ask him about an issue that said manager could have either dealt with himself or just waited until we were done. I found this very rude however the nice gentleman answered his managers question and then promptly went back to serving me, and he even took the time to apologize on the managers behalf!! (I greatly appreciated that!) The work was completed in a very timely manner and i feel like i paid a fair price!! I guess what i really want to say is keep up the good work OK Tire and i would like to thank the kind red haired gentleman for the outstanding service!! I will definitely be back for all my tire needs!!

Over two hours to change four tires, expect to wait, definitely not the place to look if you want hustle or quality.

When I was here getting some new tires I was greeted with friendly smiles and top notch service. They have a coffee machine you can drive some coffee into you while sitting on the nice ass couches and guess what. They give you the remote for the TV instead of forcing you to watch some garbage. Great stuff OK Tire. You are doing OK.

Money grab. I went in to swap a couple tires over to winters and just ran into issues. Liability this liability that just so they could make an extra $500. I could do everything that needed to be done with my eyes closed and my hands tied behind my back. They will back you into a corner and start opening your wallet like a corrupt Bankster. I highly recommend utilizing somewhere else. A quoted $60 job turned into $300. Nonsense.

Really nice staff but one of the managers is a full-blown liar. Had a flat last July, said it was u fixable but was very vague as to why, even though I asked for details. No biggie, I just paid for another tire to match my winter tire set, which was a good $300, plus service.
This November I took my car in to get the winter tires put on and was informed by the same guy that all four of my tires was unmountable because of cracks on the inside. I was shocked of course because three of those tires were just barely 2 1/2 years old and still had about 70% tread on them, and the fourth one was purchased the year before (the unexplained flat), so it was only used for one short winter. I asked if I could see it, but they wouldn't let me back with my newborn which is sort of understandable, so I asked him to bring one to me so I could see the cracks. He agreed, but instead of bringing one to me he brought me a picture that he took on his smartphone and showed me that, with the excuse of "you can only see the cracks when the tires are on the spreader." Low and behold there were cracks in all 4, or so I was led to believe. He was quick to give me a quote for "much better and higher quality tires", which were almost exactly the same price and quality as the unmountable tires, about $30 cheaper overall actually.
They wanted to scrap the tires for me but I asked to keep them, because I was headed back to integra tire to get warranty on them! I took them to integra tire, and once they looked them over AND let me see them on the tire spreader, THERE WERE NO CRACKS!! Perfectly good tires. I was livid. And after remembering seeing the pics, the texturing on the inside of my tires were completely different than the ones in the pics the OK tire manager tricked me with.
On top of all this the OK tire manager was trying to give me a quote for a new set of summer tires because mine were shot and no longer useable. But after a tread check from integra tire I was informed that they had about 60% tread or possibly 2 summers left. Needless to say, I'm never setting foot in OK tire again! Thank goodness this new mom has a good head on her shoulders and decided to get a second opinion.

While traveling through central Canada we experienced a breakdown near Grand Prairie, Alberta. We were towed to OK Tire Company on a Sunday afternoon and Monday morning I arrived at the shop to start the repair process. First thing you notice when entering the building is how neat and clean it is. The second and most important is the attitude of the people. You get an immediate sense that they care about you and providing service. Our problem was not major but it was frustrating as the parts were not readily available and could have causes a 9 day delay in our travel plans. They stuck with the problem, even modifying a part to make it work. I seldom give a five star rating to anyone but this group of people deserve five and more. Thanks OK Tire -you are great.
