Very organized and the doctor and staff very friendly and efficient.

Had experience tonight of he grumpiest dr we have ever met! Acted like we were intruding and made us feel like total idiots Fell down stairs and he didn't even look at the leg that was injured, and said to be more careful next time??????? Total waste of time!!! Will be going to south health next!
Nurses were awesome though!

I brought my girlfriend here as she wanted and IUD Inserted and they were very friendly initially and even gave us one for free, they normally cost $ 350 for the marina. When we came back the following week for the appointment we did not have a good experience. My girlfriend said the woman orientating her for the procedure and going over questions and paperwork literally had no clue what she was talking about. And when my girlfriend asked questions she said to her "I haven't done this in a long time". The older lady doing the procedure was impatient and even irritated with my girlfriend's discomfort. (This procedure is known to be very uncomfortable). Now 2 weeks later her IUD is causing her I pain and cramping. Overall not recommend. If you want an IUD inserted go to the kensington clinic they are much more patient, professional and understanding there.

This is a great little wellness center. They offer a lot of different services. Its nice that its all in one place they have the Urgent care, however I believe they are only open fro 8am-10pm. You'd have drive into calgary or area hospital outside of those hours for emergencies. They also have blood and imaging services there. You can also get vaccinations there. They also have traveling vaccine consultations, and if you get vaccines that day you dont pay for consultation. They also have therapy such as speech, Ocupational therapy, physiotherapy, and behaviour for my son that is autistic. The staff there is amazing and are a great help. Its a great resource for families.

My personal thanks to Dr. Nel. Very appreciate his knowledge, personal approach to the problem and it's solving. Thanks to all the staff members! Very professional and understandable.

Went in to check possible broken ankle. Staff didn't offer ice, Advil or a wheel chair. We got put into a room really fast but then got kicked into the hall for a girl with the same injury. After four hours of waiting the doctor came In and said we were disrespectful and childish and refused to check us and kicked us out. We may have been a bit loud laughing at stuff on Facebook and Instagram but in no way were we disrespectful. And if we were loud someone should have came in and asked us if we could be quiet. Would not recommend. Staff is extreamly rude and very disrespectful. Avoid urgent care at all costs.

The nurses and doctors here are really nice and understanding​.

- Climate control needs balancing. I was there in January and was very cold in the building. Staff said, it has been a problem for years.

Short wait and great staff. But be aware that this is an emergency room so I think the cost to alberta health care is $350 a visit (please correct if you know better), if it's not an emergency you should consider going somewhere else.
