Loved everything about Okotoks Nissan and our experience purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. Very nice buying experience, no pressure sales. The whole buying process was very smooth . Their detailing department on the other hand could use a little work but it's a little thing.

Worst service customer service ever. I took my vehicle for three oil changes in a row after purchasing my vehicle. Then took it to Mr. Lube and was promptly told someone had stripped the drain plug and forced a tap and die plug in. Mr. Lube took photos for me and I returned to Okotoks Nissan to find out what had happened. I spoke to the service manager and asked him to review my three service reports to see if he noticed anything unusual. He did not so I showed him the photo. He immediately said it was not them. Then proceeded to treat me like I was a fool. At one point asking me if I had tires put on?? When I asked why that would matter he said maybe the changed the oil at the same time. Are you kidding me!!! Then for some reason he asked me if I had taken it to Costco??? I said they don't do oil changes. I told him that the mileage was clear that the last place it was changed was by them. He was adamant that there was no way it was them. I asked him what would a reasonable person conclude. He didn't know....I guess proving he doesn't know what is reasonable. DON'T go here unless you get a 3D scan of your entire vehicle before and after. They will damage your vehicle and apparently only take responsibility if you catch them red handed.

I recently bought a used Murano from Okotoks Nissan. The salesman was honest and straightforward. This was in striking contrast to another large dealer (Go Honda in Edmonton) that I very nearly went with.

An interesting point is that they got me financing at 4.9%, beating the other dealership (which was 6.5%. My purchase from them fell apart for unrelated reasons). Both dealerships claimed to have checked all the major banks.

They didn't use this as a selling point either. Perhaps I'm naive but I had already agreed to purchase the vehicle and put down a deposit by the time I found out the financing APR. Regardless, it speaks to the honesty of Okotoks Nissan.

The salesperson I dealt with was Helder Martins. He was friendly and answered my e-mails quickly. There were no extra fees and no attempt to upsell me on anything.

I'm no car expert and actually found the process of shopping for one slightly baffling and stressful. In the end I bought from this dealership because they had the car I wanted and seemed like straight shooters. A few weeks on from the purchase that's still my impression. I would have no problem recommending them.

Okotoks Nissan was by far the most friendly and informative dealership I dealt with. this is the second car I have bought from them and I would go back for my third. Miguel treated me like a friend and not just another costumer. Would recommend this dealership to all my friends.

Recently, I was in the market for a newer vehicle as my old daily driver was approaching the end of its life. So, after doing some research and coming up with a short list of vehicles that fit my needs, I started the process of reaching out to dealers and looking at their inventories to see if they had what I was looking for. I contacted Okotoks Nissan by e-mail after exploring their inventory online. They confirmed the vehicle I was interested in was in stock, and they invited me in for a test drive. Here where it gets really crazy: I sent a few questions about the vehicle over e-mail, and the salesman, Evan Campbell, actually replied! The funny thing is, out of all of the sales people I contacted over e-mail, Evan was the only who replied to my questions over e-mail! Throughout the purchase process Evan was great to deal with; he had a good sense of humor and I felt he was honest. I feel like I got a great price on a new vehicle, and Okotoks Nissan did not play any games. I would not hesitate to recommend Okotoks Nissan and Evan Campbell to anyone.

I just wanted to write you a quick note to thank your for your honesty and dedication while discussing a new car with me last week. I've always been wary of car salesman, often with good reason, but you've helped to redefine the stereotype.
