Worth the money and wait. Great way to celebrate any family occasions especially birthdays 🎂 thank you for making me feel special yesterday, keep the good work 👍🏻

We loved the experience and we will back when we return in November. We especially liked how the staff was so generous with the bread. Great customer service and our food was tasty. See you in November.

We hosted a 1st birthday party at the West Edmonton Mall location today. The restaurant accommodated our large party (14 adults, 6 kids, and 8 babies!). The food was fast, delicious and the service was excellent. We were able to get a group rate per plate that included EVERYTHING and made it easy to pay on one bill. They even let us bring in our own cupcakes (though everyone was too stuffed to eat them!). Huge thank you to the manager Blair, server Rebecca and all the staff on a job well done. I absolutely recommend this restaurant, any location because it is always consistently served (we have eaten at many different locations across Canada!). Thank you for the great memories!

We eat here when ever we are in Canada and I have to say that our experience last night was the best we have ever had. Our server TJ was amazing , my hubby got some bad news and was upset and TJ was super nice and talked with us for a little bit it was amazing.

We eat here every few months. Last night for my daughters 16th birthday it was outstanding. It's always ok-good. But who ever was cooking last night was amazing. Everything was beyond delicious. Service was spot on with our waitress. She was wonderful. The chefs last night should be given a raise! Lol 💜

We ate there on January 1st, the food was absolutely amazing, and I just have to give a super extra props to our server, Travis. He went above and beyond, he knew everything about the menu inside out, very polite. We found out after we paid as we asked a manger to give him a very good review and that he should be recognized for it, she immediately went into defence mode and was like “ it’s his first night alone” as a manager I don’t think she should jump to conclusions like that about her staff BUT We would have never guessed! Keep up the good work Travis, you made our dinner that much more enjoyable! We will definitely be back when we are in Edmonton thanks to him! �

This was my first time at there. I ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT!!! The food was amazing. We had a great server, she was very friendly, funny, and helpful. Would love to come back again. Hopefully get the same server again. The manager was also very friendly. Great job guys, keep up the great service. I will be back.

Our server was the lovely Braelin! She was awesome, we didn’t wait at all for our drinks and food even though it was extremely busy.



Braelin made us feel like we were the only ones on the restaurant by refilling our bread and drinks.



My husband wasn’t happy with his breaded chicken but Braelin jumped right onto his complaint - even had the manager come to see us and we had his entire meal deducted from our bill!

I was very surprised as the rest of his meal was great.



I will definitely be returning!

My wife and I rarely go to edmonton but when we do we always go to OSF. It has been our restaurant for 10 years and we have never had a bad experience. Keep up the great work guys

My son has Ciliac and they have one of the best menus for this. It's not just one option it's a full menu to pick from. The manager even came out and promised my son he would make sure his food was GF and Kelly our server asked if he wanted his meal child size or adult? Normal we have to have it adult size and he ends up not eating it all (we took adult cause we were at the water park all day and he was hungry) and my son said their GF pasta was the best. Highly recommend for any Ciliac people

I was there yesterday and it was crazy busy with volleyball national finals teams eating out. Even though it was insane the amount of people, we were still served and greeted with smiles and kindness the whole time by every staff member. Our food was delicious and didn’t take long at all, and our waitress didn’t seem phased at all by the hustle and bustle around her and still took time to be there for us. Well done to all staff this long weekend I know I couldn’t have done it!

Had my Birthday dinner here last night...the food was delicious! everyone enjoyed their meal, the service was excellent! I think our servers name was Courtney? She’s the bar manager! She was awesome! We had a great experience and won’t hesitate to come back!

I went to the West Edmonton Mall Location. My SIL and I had a great lunch. My gluten-free pasta was cooked to perfection. The only thing that marred the afternoon was the server as he handed me the bill said he forgot to charge me for the lemonade and would go back to get me a new bill. It seemed sort of rude.

Food was great to bad the service was not as good. Had to ask for cheese for the pasta it was not offered. Was never asked if we wanted another drink had to remind server after we got our desert that it was my grand daughter 5th birthday thought it would of been special if they sang to her. Paid for the meal with cash I should of gotten back close to ten dollars back server never gave me the option on how much of a tip to give her. I think she must of though that the bad service she gave us was worth the ten dollar tip could not discuss this with her because she just disappeared won't go here for a while after this service

This place is ridiculous , the old Fart that works there is rude and inconsiderate of anybody but himself. I think his name is Bruce? I used to eat there on a regular basis until his fake personality left a sour taste in my mouth , I tell all my friends and family to avoid this location specifically because of the man. Maybe it's his time to retire I don't know. The staff seem to talk behind each others back and make jokes about customers. When they get the feeling you won't tip they completely dis regard you and your whole table! Although I must say Connor is the reason I've been going as his out going personality is amazing , defiantly need a whole staff re evaluation and get more people like Connor. Food tastes awful and most of the time it's dry or under cooked , I only like the fries cause it seems anybody can deep fry those. Comparable to Mc Donald's fries which I also love. Don't go to this location if you want spaghetti or any pasta dish , you'll just get served a plateful of hate , cold food , and resentment. I eat out 5 times a week and review various places. This by far being the worst.
