Here's one that's quick and easy. Take strawberries and soak them in our Dark Chocolate Balsamic. Just drizzle on and wait about 20 minutes. The Strawberries will drink the Dark Chocolate all on their own, infusing it into every part of the fruit. Crack a little black pepper and a dash of basil if you're adventurous. Done. One of my favourites is the Espresso Balsamic vinegar - works wonders in salad dressings and on roasts, briskets, and chicken! Have been sampling others, including the blood orange olive oil that worked wonders in some brownies!! Love this store and will be a customer for life!

It's hard to recommend one product, (It's all fabulous!) it totally depends on preference, what it's being used in (and with) the gentleman who was working there was so nice, very helpful and was able to make suggestions based on what I was telling him. In short, I was very happy and will definitely be going back again!!
