In the month of March, Go Auto gave all its employee's $350 for them to personally give back to their community. 11 Employees here at Go Auto Outlet Edmonton International banded their money together to donate it to one family who has been through a lot over the last year. The amount of love and support for this little girl is inspirational.

What started as a terrible week when my faithful Jeep became not so faithful anymore turned into an amazing car buying experience. This was the 3rd time I've purchased a vehicle and with previous experiences I was always anxious and stressed beyond comprehension. As a woman I find that far too often it is assumed I do not know what I'm doing or how to navigate a car buying experience. This time though I went into feeling the same thing and left feeling a whole lot better. From my initial contact with a woman in their financing dept via text, yes text! To my appointment with Tevin at the Leduc location I was blown away by the professionalism, patience and courtesy. I was treated respectfully regardless of my gender especially when it was clear I knew what I was talking about. I went on 3 test drives with Tevin and not once did I feel any pressure to commit to any vehicle. I knew exactly what I wanted and what my budget was and he understood that from the start. Turns out I had set the bar very low for myself and he clarified that I was actually able to do much better than I had anticipated. They were very easily able to accommodate my terms and as a single Mom of three kids sticking to the budget I had set was key. From Tevin I navigated the financing paperwork with Jon Pucci who actually managed to get me a far better deal after the fact that not only fit in my budget but was also 1 year less for financing. I appreciate that he went above and beyond with regards to my purchase and that he dug a little deeper to get me a better deal. I spent several hours at the dealership and was repeatedly offered coffee (which I accepted) and water. At one point while waiting on hold forever with my insurance company to transfer over my insurance my phone began to die and I was offered a charger so that wouldn't happen. Tevin also managed to include a starter for my new Jeep which when you live in Alberta is just about worth it's weight in gold! Every single time I visited the dealership I was greeted immediately after stepping foot out of my vehicle or into the building.

I am extremely happy with my new to me Jeep and would absolutely consider purchasing another vehicle from Go Auto Leduc.

Nothing exciting. Nothing you can't get at any other mall. Not really any sales considering it is an outlet mall. Kind disappointed not gonna lie.

wow, surprise and shocking an employee gives the company a 5 star review, where the consumers that actually deal with this company give 1 star reviews. What's that called again ? Fraud perhaps ROFLMAO, wait, not "A" employee, 5 employees of the last 8 reviews. So utterly pathetic.

Where to begin.. let’s start by not asking me what I need and what I would like in a vehicle. Then when I said I was wanting to trade my 2014 sante Fe luxury in, that is where the disrespectful attitude started. I had booked my appointment there for a reason, told them I was trading in, needed lower payments, and more seats. The comments of filth started, and continued into talking about what they would include in the new one. They tried to screw me with a trade in value $3500 less then the lowest on the black book even.. I told them I NEEDED to have a car with at least 2 keys, and command start, which I explained to them that my son who has now had 8 heart surgeries can’t do cold air for long.. they rejected that, and wanted to charge me $15 a month for 84 months for it..

I was NOT given a choice of vehicle to go with, as I had negative equity from my Sante Fe, I had multiple issues with the Jeep they showed me.. not enough room for my family, serious smoke smell, and the salesman pushed us that it was fine and the smoke smell would be gone...

Other issues, false bill of sale, unapproved optional insurance coverage, no paperwork at all with delivery, didn’t include inspection reports I was shown for it, neither the salesman or sales manager would call about certainly needing a second key( which they didn’t say there was only one while talking about it before hand) or about the fact the need oil change message was present.. who sells a car like that..

I asked about a exchange for obvious reasons, asked for a correct bill of sale so I can finalize insurance, oil change, key, etc... no resolution.. took advantage of two kind small town women! Will never recommend them.. not without all the issues being corrected
