As the President of Paragon Performance Training, Tamra Baxter and her staff enthusiastically shares their company's skills and expertise in the areas of safety, industrial training, customer service, leadership and personal development, interpersonal skills, computer and technology training.
Tamra started Paragon Performance Training in April of 2006 while working full-time as a Safety Coordinator.
Tamra and her company trainers have presented workshops for Fort McKay First Nations, Fort McKay Group of Companies, OPTI Group of Companies, OPTI Long Lake Project, Nexen Inc. , Albian Sands, Century 21, Roaring Women, S. P. C. A. , McDonald Island, Alberta Employment Immigration and Industy and Alberta Construction Safety Association, to name a few.
With over 30 years working in management, sales and customer service roles, Tamra now brings her own brand of home grown know how and positive thinking to help others find their success through her trainers, courses and workshops.
Tamra's training /courses and workshops are a breath of fresh air in the world of training. They focus on bringing harmony and cooperation into workplaces so they succeed notas a group of individuals, but as a team.
