To say that Simon went beyond the call of duty, when he helped me find my house, is not saying too much. I had a list of items I needed in my house and in a specific area. Simon was great about helping me figure out what I wanted and what was negotiable. The process was lengthy, due to low availability of what I wanted. However, Simon was a workhorse digging up leads. He was also a great support when I pulled an offer based on a failed inspection.

Simon was patient with us when we didn't like anything and helped us move quick when we found "the one". It was a bit of a bumpy closing because of things outside his control and he talked us through the scary parts. Solid advice, no bs and a really nice guy besides.

He seemed to always make time for me, which is super appreciated as I had a very limiting schedule. He's professional but also personable.
