Great selections, great staff, from fancy expensive to fancy affordable. Surprisingly.... dog friendly! My favorite lighting place!

We used park lighting to select the lighting for our new home. We took time out of our busy schedules go vo to their store and choose the lighting we wanted. They sent and installed multiple wrong fixtures in the home and could offer us no explanation as to why and offered us nothing for the inconvenience and building delay. Very poor service. We would not recommend them.

Great prices lots of lights (not always in stock), our family and my business used them for years and referred them to many clients and friends. I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN. Customer service has gotten terrible! Very incompetent, hard to deal with. They talk about how customer friendly they are and how they will do whatever they can to help you and streamline your experience. However when you actually contact and try to deal with them they not only do literally nothing to help you but find a way to screw up your order as well. Then they apologize and do nothing for you. Have had nothing but problems lately. Really don't seem to care about the customer at all any more. It's a shame. Lost our business.

We do a lot of shopping at Park Lighting with our design business and are always thrilled with the selection that Park has to offer. The showroom is well stocked and easy to navigate and the staff are all very friendly to work with. There have been some new changes recently with the addition of some furniture and the walls opened up to Christopher Clayton Furniture as well. I would highly recommend stopping in to check out the changes and appreciate the one stop shopping experience.

They have every imaginable lighting fixture on display in the store! Great place to choose lights. Once you've selected your lights many of them need to be ordered in, which takes about 6 weeks - so don't expect to walk out the same day with your new lights.

I recently purchased a new home and had an issue at time of possession with a fixture which was provided to my builder by Park Lighting. I followed the process through my builder to have this resolved. In my case, Cassie from Park Lighting contacted me to set up a service appointment. Today, I had a visit at home from the Park Lighting Service Department and a technician named Cale. I'm happy to say Cale; arrived promptly on time, explained what he would be doing, took the time to prepare the work area to avoid damage, made sure I was satisfied and that any issues or questions I had have been resolved - not just with the fixture he was replacing, but with my other Park Lighting products. Cale left the work area in the condition it was found and overall made an amazing impression both personally and for Park Lighting. Overall, very pleased with the experience and plan to have Cale visit in the future to clean the fixtures which are not easily accessible. Thank you Park Lighting Team!
