Took my sons car in to get the muffler and exhaust checked. They were very friendly and helpful. Not like you regular "big box" type set up. They showed me what was wrong with the car, they were very accommodating. I would recommend this place to anyone. It is very rare you get the owner of the company to come out and talk with you.

Awesome customer service. I came in on saturday august 27th. I got a super 40 put on my 95 gmc and it was just to quiet for me. Talked to ed on the 29th of august and he got it swapped out for a glasspack exhaust. And i love the sound of it now:) great guys here. I deffanatly recommend coming here for exhaust work and all the other services they do:) thankyou park muffler

Got my exhaust done finally on my truck the other day, walked in 30 minutes till closing and they still did it for a great price. Awesome service and great work. Will go back. They still took another customer after me too.

Took advantage of my wife who I'm guessing they assumed didnt have a husband with a lot of mechanical knowledge who had the SUV on a hoist doing an engine crankcase seal a few days earlier and saw the broken exhaust bolt himself. Not having a replacement bolt or the time to fix it myself that night I sent her to have it replaced.



They told her it would cost $500 to fix it correctly or they could patch the problem and it would only be $140. Instead of just removing and replacing a broken exhaust bolt they cut out the connection and straight piped it. Easy way to make an extra $100 as a bolt replacement should have been about $40.



In addition to taking advantage of the situation they took the liberty of putting a sticker advertising their buisness on the vehicle without permission. I have to admit it was a very good sticker and application as it took me almost 15 minutes to remove it with a razor blade and goo gone. If your looking for decal work I'd recommend these guys!



The $100 wont break me but I'm confident this review will cost them more than that in the long run. They're just a bunch of monkeys with cutting torches and a welder.
