My friend had a problem with her car. She went in and the staff retrieved the trouble codes from her ECU, and gave her an idea of what might be wrong. They were correct.

They have the parts I need but talk about grumpy staff. The young dude is the one you want to talk to if you're there. The other two dont really want to talk to you, too close to retirement I guess.

Staff is always helpful and knowledgeable! Only had one issue when they weren't able to find a specific type of oil I required for my Jeep. No big deal, because I have been back many, many times since!

Canadian tire parts at better prices

Very unhelpful staff. Came in looking for TDI oil and was told that three different oils were good for my car but were actually for a gas engine and proceeded to try to make me feel I didn't know what I was talking about. I don't think he knew anything about cars for a car parts salesmen.
