We bought two balloons few hours ago and already they are deflating. 10TH NOVEMBER 2017.

Worst store ever. Rude staff!!!!

Great customer service skills from all staff especially management, they always satisfy customers when they're not pleased. Good working environment everybody's friendly and easy going but the end of the day we still get work done and work fast to make people happy :)

Worst store EVER!!! Not sure what's up the older lady's ass there but obviously she HATES her job and is VERY nasty to customers!!! Unbelievably bad customer service!!!! She's constantly angry, rolls her eyes, complaines about other staff loudly......I could go on!!
Last time this store gets my money!!! Didn't want to even give it one star!! AWEFUL place!!!!

Pretty much everything you need for a party, big store and lots of employees to help out. Bought a helium tank here, but it ran out faster than it said on the box, had no problem returning it and got my money back.

Have shopped here several years in a row at Halloween time. Excellent selection, good prices. Other reviews are accurate though, the store is understaffed and you may become frustrated waiting for some TLC. If you have time, this is the place to go.
