Party City

They seem to have everything you could need for a party! At least as far as plates and cutterly in any colour you could hope for!

Aside from higher prices, Party City was a fun place to shop. It had a huge selection of party supplies, as well as specialty candy as well.

Called in a balloon bouquet order at noon To pick up for 7pm. Nothing super complicated just one large tinfoil balloon with 5 small. That’s 7hrs to complete the job. I arrive at 7pm to pick up and nobody has a clue about this order. My info she took wasn’t written anywhere and they were claiming I never called. Once I get to a manager I show her on my phone that I called them today at noon. She said oh yeah this order goes over grabs some pack of balloons and tells her cashier you were supposed to do this a while ago. They bicker back and forth. Regardless they need to have better communication, and train your team to work better together to help provide better customer service. Every time I’ve gone into a party city no matter what something goes wrong this is the final straw.

Sorry to share this.. we've been there yesterday around 6pm, we browsing around & find what is better decor for next weekend bday party.. Then 2 of the staff came to us & one to the staff said, that someone told them that I put stuff to my purse.. I'm so surprised & im frozed that time... I told them that they can inspect my purse, I open it wide to them.. but they can't find anything.. I just want to share this coz until now I can't get over on that incident.. For me if ever someone told them, they need to review first their cam coz that's a big insult to me.. it humiliating..sleepless night.. I am calling the attention of the management... It's just an opinion that you should have a protocol for this kind of instances.. And I want to warn my fellow customer that you have to be careful on that area.. I don't want this happen to anyone of you..
